Though last minute and being a weekend, I had to make my client happy so I took the first quote I could get. Knowing it would be pricey. D & O reached out and was very nice. We agreed on a price for 4-6 hours, but I knew I had to beat that time and that I wanted the crane operator out before the 4 hr mark being a Saturday. The crane operator was fantastic and we were ready. He was happy to have some of his Saturday to himself because we set 32 units in 2.5 hours 3 for set up and tear down (that's being generous as the last photo taken was 8a.m. and we were on the ground helping him pack up by 8:30) and when I asked for a bill, he said the office would send it.......Oh and did they $3450.00 for 2.5 hrs we can call it 3 for set up and brake down, thanks to my great crew and careful planning. I sent a check for that amount because yes that's what I agreed to, but it also says "per hr" in my quote port to port would be $640 - $700 plus some change per hour, plus a fuel charge. Hats off to you D & O, hats off to you. This was the most expensive 40t crane I have ever rented. This one I will keep for my record hoping to never have it beat by another crane company. LMAO

We used Profab for a service call for our businesses AC unit this last summer and they seemed great! UNTIL, our Heater stopped working a few months later. Their technicians came out quickly however, they quoted us a minimum of $3,000 to fix the unit and a max of $5,000 to replace our unit. The technician stated we had a "cracked heating coil/unit and that our unit was leaking carbon monoxide into our office suit" so they disconnected our unit. They left us without heat for two weeks and the issue they claimed we had could not have been further from the truth. This morning Maurice from Advanced Air Conditioning came out, he found a MINOR issue and $185 later we have heat! We immediately phoned Mike Wells who stated he was an owner and told him about what was found by the second company vs. their quote. On this call, Mike stated multiple times said he stood by his (dishonest) staff! We were never given an apology nor did he say he would investigate. Fool us once!

Friday midafternoon in Prescott was not the ideal time to run into vehicle problems. My first contact was with Paul S. of Classic Restorations and Sales. Paul went out of this way to assist a fellow classic car enthusiast and ultimately directed me to Keven at Nichols Autofab. What a great experience!! Keven went out of his way to make room for my classic vehicle when room in his shop was at a premium. Keven agreed to immediately attend to my needs and further agreed to ensure the vehicle was secured inside the business and not left outside. A trip that had been in the plans for almost a year was clearly in jeopardy. Between Paul and now Keven I was able to continue on with my plans to drive Rt.66 as a participate of the Rt. 66 fun run. Repairs were to the point. Fair in price and done by a very understanding and confident staff of personnel. As a member of a National Car Club, we are very cognizant of auto service centers that provide minimal services and at an inflated price when we are traveling while knowing we are at the mercy of unscrupulous mechanics. I cannot emphasize how the services at Nichols Autofab were so very much apricated and welcomed. An unfortunate incident did two things; brought me peace of mind for the service and repairs completed and the meeting of two great men that I will consider a friend that I will indeed continue to praise.
