For the last two months, I kept asking the manufacturer if I needed a crane or forklift to unload the dumpsters once they were delivered. The dumpster manufacturer insisted that I could just pull them off with my hooklift truck. So fast forward to this morning. The rig shows up with the dumpsters but there's no ramp or tilt function so I can't get my truck up onto the trailer to get the dumpsters off. Frantically, I called D and O Crane and Debbie came to my rescue! Her and her amazing team got to work. We arranged a set up where they could forklift the bins off and it was smooth sailing after that! I'm still in awe about how much they truly helped me when I was in such a bind.
