Efran was so kind and accommodating. He was able to fit me my husband, mother in law, dog, and baby in the back of the truck and drove us to the nearest place we found to get our tire fixed but charged us way too much. Efran gave us good advice for another spot and drove us there. Price was really reasonable!!! Recommend if you're in a pinch.

I was going 55 miles an hour on Cactus, which is not a freeway. I was already speeding and he rode my as** so closely, literally endangering my safety that I had to very slow slowly slow down to 45 miles an hour and get my phone out and start recording him in order for him to back off and switch lanes. Absolute psycho no regard for anybody else's safety. just a bully. Disgusting. He's gonna end up killing someone's because of his entitlement and ignorance.

This means they diagnosed is wrong from the get go. We had another mechanic look after they tore it apart and he told us what was wrong immediately. Paul is the most unprofessional service manager we have ever delt with. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered in my life. My vehicle has been stuck here for over a month with no end in sight. When I confronted the staff about their lack of transparency, the person I dealt with literally claimed he 'didn't know what I meant' by the word transparency. It is terrifying that a business handling expensive machinery doesn't understand the basic concept of being honest with a client. They are intentionally stalling. They refused to use local parts--despite me finding the part myself from a dealership just down the street--insisting on 'out of state' shipping. Their math is a joke: they promised a 2-day wait for a 4-hour install, then tried to push the pickup back another 5 days. Looking at other reviews, this is clearly a pattern. The owner is nowhere to be found and refuses to be reached, while the staff plays games with customers' time and money. It feels like they purposely keep cars broken down to keep you on the hook. DO NOT trust them with your vehicle." It would be nice to hear from the supposed owner Eric Spasov

I was completely stranded with a dead battery and had an incredibly frustrating experience with…read moreGEICO roadside assistance. Over the course of two hours, they GRICO tried three different providers, all with ETAs of over an hour. After waiting and getting nowhere, I finally had to find help on my own. Adding to the frustration, the GEICO app showed my roadside assistance request as "completed," even though no help ever arrived and I was still stranded. The service was listed under Pop-A-Lock, so it appears they reported the job as completed so they can get paid. That's shady business and I hope GEOCO takes away their contract. Out of desperation, I searched Yelp and called Affordable Towing LLC, the first number I saw. I'll admit, there were no reviews yet, so I was hesitant, but I had no choice. That's when Raul completely came through. I called him, sent my location and car info, and he told me he'd be there in 20 minutes. He asked about payment (Zelle or cash), which was totally fine given the situation. Then unbelievably Raul showed up in about 10 minutes. He was professional and efficient. He jumped my car immediately, made sure everything was good, and had me back on the road in no time. It's always hard to find good honest, reliable companies when you truly needed it. While my insurance left me stranded, Raul and Affordable Towing LLC saved the day. If you ever find yourself stuck and need fast, dependable service, don't hesitate to call Raul. I would 100% use him again and recommend him to anyone. Thank you again, Raul you turned a stressful situation into a huge relief.

It wasn't. They will tell you that AAA doesn't pay them to keep the power tools that AAA drivers always show up with. This guy actually said that tow truck drivers don't usually change tires in the heat. WTF? Then why take the jobs, sir? This company is trash and they're ruining AAA's name. All he wanted to do was tow. Stay away. They're not bringing up in their response to my post. Their driver showed up complaining about the heat and how tow truck drivers don't usually change tires in the heat. His response is also not saying that the guy showed up looking for the lug wrench that came with the car. He's also not pointing out that although he had some equipment. None of it fit the tire. When asked why he didn't have the electronic wrench. He stated that AAA does not pay them to carry it. But it's cool. The next driver had it.
