I arrived at the tire shop and the sales rep immediately recommended I buy 4 new tires before having the tech look at it. I told them I came in for a repair I was not prepared to fork out $400+. They took their time and care to get my big old boat of a Cadillac into the unit safe and sound, which was not an easy feat.
