I called Elite (spoke to Jason) and they came to my rescue. Oswaldo showed up and was kind and efficient. The tow truck was also clean and cool inside. They emailed me an invoice and receipt right after i paid and followed up via text as well. If you need help, call Elite! Thank you Jason and Oswaldo!
