Owner cares about the business but very pricey for dry cleaning compared to other cleaners in the area

Extremely overpriced; I might've paid double for a suit, pants and shirt than any other place in pearl river. I also accidentally put one of my suits on a hanger when handing it to her. When I asked for it back, she said don't worry I will get it back when I pickup. When I went to pickup, my hanger was gone and she completely neglected the conversion we had a few days prior promising I'd get my hanger back. Didn't even receive a receipt for the services and when I asked for an itemized receipt, she made the prices up on the spot. Maybe consistent customers receive better service. Won't go back. read more

As I was getting out of my car to head to a church for my friends wedding, the zipper of my dress popped open! I quickly threw on my husbands jacket to cover the gap, and googled seamstresses in the area because I honestly didn't know what else to do! I called Antoinette a minute before they closed and she luckily picked up the phone and told me to come on in. She luckily was able to sew me into my dress and did an absolutely amazing job! It held all night and I received so many compliments! I also walked away with a really fun story since my dress broke and I went to a last minute seamstress that sews for the NYC ballet - so I knew I was in good hands!! Went to have cups sewn in and straps sewn on that came with a dress. I was quoted at a price that was more than the cost of the dress ($110). After haggling with the woman I got her to $50. When I picked the dress up I was sick and couldn't try it on but once I got home I tried it on and the straps were over an inch too large. I didn't have enough time in between my event to go back so I wasn't even able to use the straps. Will not be returning. read more

The hotel recommended this cleaner when we had to have our daughter's bridesmaid's gown altered the evening before the wedding (she had just flown in from Europe and had never even seen the gown, let alone tried it on).
