The length of the dress surpassed the height of my heels so I had a dilemma of buying higher heeled shoes (which is always a bad option when you're a servant of the bride) or get it trimmed. After being turned down by one tailor on Main st., I thankfully found this friendly dry cleaning business just off of Main st, and they were able to fix the length of the dress for me overnight. Not to mention they dry cleaned and pressed the dress for me. Sure it was super pricey--but, hey, I got what I was looking for and the dress was comfy enough to walk around all day and dance all night in. Next time I won't wait till the night before...

I had three large bags of laundry, and she checked everything in quickly and efficiently without any fuss. Great customer service is about making things easy for the customer, and that's exactly what happened here. She was helpful, professional, and got the job done with a smile. Also, they have plenty for washers and dryer's for those people who want to do laundry on their own, but also decent prices for wash and fold for those who might be a little time constraint, or otherwise unable to figure it out on their own The lighting is circa 1970s in terms of lumens, and the buzzing fluorescents (that you probably still see in former iron curtain stores) adds to the mystique. The temperature is comfortable. The seating can be a little sparse The one thing I really like about this place is that it is conveniently located next to Dunkin' Donuts, Carvel, a deli, and the supermarket. For those people who like to multitask, it's nice to be able to do your shopping, get your laundry done, enjoy ice cream and then--after feeling pretty guilty about having the ice cream--go buy a coffee to increase your endorphin levels and not so bad about it all.

I was relying on this service and will not be coming back unless this situation is remedied. I had previous issues with a thrifted suit that had a stain and was not properly cleaned but I attributed the lack of cleaning to the delicate nature of the fabric. However, clearly the company just does not provide the quality of dry-cleaning that I am looking for. On another note, I have utilized their alterations service before and have not had any issues. So I decided to start using their send out laundry service, absolute cleaners. My clothes always come back sparkling clean, crisp, well folded--think Marie Kondo. These people fold better than I could ever think to do. They put small papers in between. They wrap the dry cleaning stuff in plastic. They really are meticulous about how they pack the laundry.
