I questioned how the amount could be determined without first consulting me, especially since my last visit was a year ago, prices may have changed, and I had questions. The receptionist repeated that I was there for a "repeat," but their definition seemed to go beyond what a customer would reasonably expect. In the past, they also took photos before starting, but this time there was no consultation or photos--just being placed in a room to wait.
