I've spent roughly $2,000 here, purchased microneedling & Sylfirm(lied to that Sylfirm would help my under eyes) Shortly after I got home, I received a call from the front desk claiming I had an outstanding balance for a service I NEVER received. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you go here, protect yourself--ask for itemized invoices, confirm every service before receiving it, and keep your own records. I will not be returning.

I questioned how the amount could be determined without first consulting me, especially since my last visit was a year ago, prices may have changed, and I had questions. The receptionist repeated that I was there for a "repeat," but their definition seemed to go beyond what a customer would reasonably expect. In the past, they also took photos before starting, but this time there was no consultation or photos--just being placed in a room to wait. Overall, the experience felt rushed and lacked the communication and attention to detail I had previously received.

Called AGAIN the first week of January and was finally able to get someone on the phone after waiting over 22 minutes. Set my appointment for January 21st. THE MICRONEEDLING APPOINTMENT: SHASTINE WAS AMAZING. SUPER friendly and informative. She applied the numbing cream (REALLY WORKED- DIDN'T FEEL A THING) and then wiped it off 20 minutes later. The skinpen session was quick and painless- maybe 20 to 25 minutes. My only quick issue was at checkout. I had paid a certain amount for the promotion and the total was coming out to full price (kind of freaked me out).
