Customer service was absolutely fantastic and Tyler W. was accommodating and gave us clear explanations as to what was wrong. We received a text message with a picture of the employees so we knew who to expect and what they looked like. Arlinghaus has to send another worker out to discuss prices on a new furnace. Tyler was able to get our furnace working temporarily as we look into buying a new furnace. It cost $89 for him to come out and diagnose the problem. They will remove this from any extra work they may need to do. Unfortunately, in the end we could not afford even the lowest option they had for a furnace. They use a top furnace line brand and are more expensive then the national average. This was the only draw back for me that it was to expensive and I did not want to enter into a loan for a $7,000 furnace when the average homeowners pay is $3100. Regardless, they were transparent and did not pressure me into anything we didn't want to do. I highly recommend Arlinghaus for their professionalism and honesty with their customers.

Since his crew is experienced they quickly dug the trench and replaced the line in a matter of hours, (not days that some others estimated). Tj who is a very experienced plumber did all of the connections himself and double checked everything. Then they poured a bed of sand around the line to protect it from rocks and stones. Tarvin initially told me I would have to be a work in, understandably, I was not the first call for frozen pipes! Maybe 20 mins later, I received a call back from Tarvin and they told me a tech could meet me at my house in 45 mins. When the tech arrived (cannot remember his name), he told me they pulled him from his office duties for the day to take care of my issue. He was polite, friendly and got right to work. Within 15 mins he had the frozen line thawed, with no apparent leaks (fingers crossed). Polite, professional and reasonably priced. They also recommended a permanent fix for the freezing issue. The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.
