First, contacted the day after service that the heat was still not running properly. The fellow (Jake?) called me back to say he had reached out to sevicemen but none had returned his call. This was Saturday. The problem would be dealt with, apparently, the "first of the week." I called today, Sunday, to give them further information and got an answering service, who obviously knew nothing about what I was saying, but would give them the message." I'm not sure these two incidents truly represent 24/7 service. You can contact the company, but I think service on the problem is implied when 24/7 is advertised. I'll be happy to edit my review when the heat problem is ironed out.

His quote was not the cheapest and far from the most expensive. On the work day he showed up on time. Mapped out the project and started. Since his crew is experienced they quickly dug the trench and replaced the line in a matter of hours, (not days that some others estimated). Tj who is a very experienced plumber did all of the connections himself and double checked everything. Then they poured a bed of sand around the line to protect it from rocks and stones. The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes.
