First, select your bowl size. There are three options: a bowl, one entree+one side, two entrees + side.
Next, select your base: white rice, garlic fried rice, and pancit sotanghon, pancit bihon. They recommend half rice and half noodles.
Meat options included Manila BBQ chicken, lechon (pork), Kuya's pork BBQ, kaldereta, chicken adobo, beef steak Tagalog, pork adobo, pork sigsig, longanisa, and pork tocino. I know I'm missing a couple of options, but this is what I can remember.
Additional options included mixed vegetables, pickled red onion, pickled cucumbers, jalapeños, macaroni salad, and fried egg.
I got mixed veggies, pancit bihon, pickled pnions, garlic rice, and Manila bbq chicken. We also got a side of the BBQ pork, lumpia, and chicken empanada.
Everything was fresh and tasty. The portion sizes were excellent; we had leftovers!
The service was great; the employees were kind and friendly. I wanted to buy a loaf of banana bread, but they only had one slice left. They gave us a piece for free. The banana bread is so good! This is actually WHY I came in! I saw a listing for banana bread on FB Marketplace, and we drove over to buy the bread. Ha!
The restaurant is clean, bright, and welcoming.
This is a great local spot, and I am lucky to become a regular patron.
