It came back with a recommended $5100 report worth of needed work even though the car has been running totally fine. They were ready to do it and we opted to pick up the car instead. I was in the poconos for a…read moreweekend vacation and I hit a huge pothole (can't believe the city left that hole, the neighbor told me 40 cars hit it and got flats over 3 days) It was almost midnight so I left the car and Uber's to the hotel. I was worried how I was going to get home since most places were closed or may not have the tire or had terrible reviews. I found tires r us and he was responsive and left what he was doing to come with his mobile service. Unfortunately the rims were bent and we went to his his shop where again he immediately got it done for me so me and my family can get home. On top of it all he was very fair and honest. Can't thank Tyrone and his team enough for saving me when I had no where to go!!! I would give 100 stars if I could. Don't waste your time with anyone else , use them!

Brought my other truck in for the exact same service on my other truck and SURPRISE!! He charged me $120!!! When I questioned him about that he said, oh we had a price increase and I really don't like to do tires!! A 50% price increase?? I don't think so...........he just wanted to see if he could get $120 out of me. Besides, he could charge $100 a tire to mount and balance.............it's all about disclosure. If I had known he was going to charge $12o instead of $80, I would have not left my vehicle there. When I went to the parking lot to take my truck, there now is a large dent in the top of my door into the roof that was not there when I left the truck!! I knew what he was going to say when I confronted him about it......I say I didn't do it and you say I did. Well it happened in his care. It may have happened in his parking lot or in the shop. I don't know but it definitely was not there when I left the truck. This guy is dishonest. Have your vehicle worked on at your own risk. You have been warned. By the way, I have used my real name in setting up this YELP account. I am not the type that writes a negative review and then hides behind their key board with phony identification!
