PM disappeared after 2 months into the job. they never returned our allowance money. They did shotty work. Didn't grout under vanities which have legs so it noticeable. They installed wrong flooring in entire house. Left live electrical wires in the walls which could have burned down our home. Our shower floor doesn't drain because the floor is uneven. kitchen cabinets weren't finished. They flooded our dry basement and ruined it. I have hundreds of photos and a video of all the discrepancies. They will lie and tell you they fire everyone and rehired new people. It's a lie. They have more than one lawsuit. Check it out

They installed new wall insulation, plywood, house wrap and James Hardie lap siding, soffits and facia board. They had excellent communication during the bidding process were patient with me throughout all of my questions about the expectations for the product and work as well as during the installation process. When contacted the team, I received a response in less than 24 hours and sometimes I received the response in person. They even fixed a problem with the roof that had never been resolved by a roofing company to ensure I didn't continue to have issues with water run off ruining my soffits. Every day they left the job site cleaner than it was when they started the job. My family and I always felt comfortable with everyone that was on site and they ensured there was as little disruption to our daily lives as possible. When there were delays in getting the windows, that I ordered separately, they were understanding and prompt in getting back out to my house to get the last piece of the job completed. We wish we could hire them to work on all of our contractor needs. I would recommend them over and over!

Victor construction initially told me they would be replacing my roof as well as my gutters. However, only the roof got replaced. When questioned, they claimed it was a clerical error on their part and did not do anything to correct this. Not only that, but the roofers ran into my garage door causing it to need to be replaced. Victor Construction took very little accountability, making the roofer pay for the new door out of pocket. When I asked Victor roofing if they were insured, I never got an answer which increased my anxiety about the situation. After a week, the door was finally fixed but I had to make a lot of phone calls to get progress made. I also did not have the contact information of the person who broke the garage door for several days. As a first time home buyer and being new to this type of work, I felt taken advantage of during this whole situation. When my realtor tried to communicate with Victor Construction themselves, they were ignored and I was called because I had less experience dealing with these types of issues. Prices were more reasonable than other providers that I had priced. From estimate to finished product was very quick. Work was top notch. Have had one small problem, several months later, that was corrected the day after I reported it, at no charge. He also contracted two bathroom total remodels, taking care of every aspect of demolition, tile installation, vanity, fixtures, drywall, and plumbing. He will refer you to supply houses that are all in the Lenexa area to select your materials. He'll take it from there. As any remodel of an older house, we ran into several issues along the way. All were presented to me, with options to get around that hurdle. I have been more than happy with the way all work looks and functions. I got an expensive looking spa-like bathroom for a price you can deal with. All workers were careful to lay floor protection where they tracked and left your home as clean as possible each day upon leaving. The Lenexa company felt my location in Blue Springs Missouri was too far away to send someone to look at the job, was probably too inexpensive a job, and recommended I call someone local to my home. Of course the person who called said it was a busy season and it would be months before they could send someone to my location. So much for checking Yelp for a "good" gutter installer.
