Even though I didn't hire him as my wedding planner, he went above & beyond all expectations. He helped put together the menus & program cards, he gave great suggestions & planning tips, communication via email or calls were quick & easy, and he'd check in with me from time to time to make sure I wasn't too overwhelmed & to see if I needed any help. I'd also recommend getting his book "Getting Groomed" which I used quite often as a reference guide. I'm pretty skilled at throwing large scaled parties, but he even thought of things that didn't occur to me which were a tremendous help. He was even so thoughtful that after the ceremony, my husband and I wanted to get away from everyone for some quality alone time to let the event just sink in & Jason came into the room with 2 waiters with champagne, water, and food from the cocktail reception to make sure we had food & drink to enjoy while together. You only have 1 shot for the perfect evening, so having Jason by your side is hands down the way to go! I HIGHLY recommend him & can't thank him enough for making my dream wedding come true!!!

It was all on white table cloths with glass and floral/water displays. I wish I took close up photos. But we had coconut shrimp, steak, pizza, veal piccata, egg rolls, salads, fried ravioli, sushi and much more. It was a feast. Seriously a feast. Usually I have a lot of picky eaters who say something about the food. My family and friends can be tough to please. Everyone gave me resounding great reviews of the food this time. Kids and adults alike were happy. The food was cooked fresh on site. So nothing felt pre-cooked, cold or like it was sitting out. The display was elegant. They kept refreshing food stations as it was getting gobbled up. But because it was so elegant, even at the end of 5 hours when it was over. The whole place still looked great. I do a lot of events. Some caterers can be pushy about knowing what is best about what you should serve. Not Ellie, he made suggestions but he wanted to make sure I was happy. So everything we asked for he delivered and then some. He even handled our 12 grape tradition with ease. Because I forgot to take photos of the food stations. I will see if any guests took some photos. But even I just dove right into to eat. But Ellie really made the event spectacular and delicious. I highly recommend La Mila and will definitely use him and his team in future. Thank you to all the La Mila team for an amazing New Years event. As well as your prompt and efficient clean up.

They may only be open one day a week. Not sure how their food is, and I can't seem to order any of it... I would give them zero stars if I could for inconsistency and lack of customer care. Blowing off someone's order (40 minutes after they place the order) causes a chain reaction. Other potential businesses (who may live up to their business hours) lose business and a hungry customer now has to place another order and wait up to an additional 1hr+ to get their new meal.
