The guy who came out to take the truck from us was super friendly and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process easy, which was appreciated after a long move. This seems like a bigger, busier location, but even during peak hours we did not have to wait at all. Best of all, there were no weird extra charges or surprise fees afterward. The return was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. I would definitely use this location again.

T there are two pictures, one picture and then a picture of your license. then request for two more references, including name and phone numbers. Representative stated Uhaul wouldn't sell my information sell to other corporations which I seriously doubt. it was all ridiculous. I was not adopting a baby. I was renting a truck for an hour.

This was an unexpectedly great experience! After calling around to other area storage facilities…read moreand almost going with another one; I am glad I chose Great Value Storage. As soon as I walked in I commented on the smell of the office which smelled really good from the candle they burned. Immediately I was greeted by two staff members (LT and the onsite manager) who were very upbeat and personable. The office was clean, the grounds were clean, the unit was really nice, AND I got a good deal. I am super big on customer service so even if a product is nice or your venue is nice, if you have bad staff I will not waste my time and will let everyone know...but these guys...awesome! Oh and I forgot to mention...on the way out I was offered a cup of Keurig coffee...(sometimes it's small things like this that get unnoticed or underappreciated) I am so glad I decided to rent here.
