I have a 1 year old, and it has helped me out so much. The staff is super friendly, and has even helped me find things for my son within their inventory. I would recommend it to everyone! I'm including some examples of items my family and I have found there; all of the kids items still had tags on them except the green romper outfit. I took the tags off of the shoes and truck just this morning. I also recently have acquired a set of chairs from them; I'm leaving a picture as well of the set.

I asked the cashier about the return policy , and she called the Byron, GA, store and talked to the manager, Salem Okasha. The Manager said that I could return furniture if it's new in the box. I opened one box, and parts were missing. I decided to buy the missing parts for that item from another store. On 6/11/26 I took 4 unopened boxes back to Dealz Outlet for a refund, and that is when I was told no refunds. I see now that the manager lied to me; they just wanted to make a big sale. This is a dishonest business, and I want my money back.

I ended up wanting to exchange my shoes for a different size , so I took them in yesterday to exchange them. They didnt have the size I needed which was fine, so I found different shoes, that cost twice as much. I loved them. The problem was I needed help getting them off the shelf, the only one was out was the display one that I tried on but the box was way up high and it was the only one. I found a guy that worked there who was already in the shoe isle. I asked him for help, he was busy chatting on his phone before he even acknowledged me, and when I told him the situation, he told me to "just check behind the boxes lower down that you can reach and maybe you'll find one." Naturally I did that first before asking for help. I told him I did that and only see the 1 display box that had the other shoe in it. He told me " Its probably not even in there." He would not help me. SO I went to the counter and returned my shoes rather than giving them anymore of my money. I told the guy at the counter that I wanted to just return because nobody was willing to help me. All he said was :Sorry bout that."
