This place is a scam. I have 3 stories as proof…read more 1. Took my car in for coolant leak. They checked it and said radiator leak. Price was stupid so I went elsewhere. I didn't realize when they checked the antifreeze reservoir they took off the hose needed to suck up antifreeze and didn't put it back. I felt they were intentionally trying to break my car down. 2. Took my car to replace brake pad and rotors. I took my own parts. When I got my parts back I noticed they didn't put the sensors which is standard. They acted dumb about it and fixed it. 3. Took my car for an oil change. They noticed the screw in the oil pan wasn't original. I told them don't worry I've had oil changes for 5 years and never had any problems. After the oil change my car is leaking more oil than usual. 4. My car had warranty for the repairs. However they charge differently when warranty is used. They said it would be cheaper for me to pay out of pocket instead of using the warranty. The other shop I went to charged me the same price with or without warranty. Shady af. My fault for going back just bc it's conveniently located down the block. But after all this bullshit I will never go back. Short dude at the front desk is rude af as well. Go elsewhere, this place is shady af.

Second, my child literally had her car finished and already taken to the emissions testing site for us. Passed with flying colors and completed within 24 hours! I didn't think he would have it that quick! Moms car was completed the next day with and did well on the emissions testing too, that they took upon themselves to take in also. This is a sign of a great mechanic! For both cars we paid way less then expected and they run perfectly. I don't usually endorse mechanics, but for sure I will today! I have referred people and they would over priced them. They charged my sister $1700 for catalytic converter and another woman I sent was drastically charged. I just did business with this place last week for oil pan gaskets change. They were professionally bs-ing me so I went and got my car back. After I got my car the car is over heating and I have no brakes. The manager Hugo never told me of the issue when I told him on the phone that I was coming for my car. The reason that I took my car out of the shop is because I was told and I saw that they were starting on my vehicle. I saw my car on the lift and in the repair stall. I come back to the shop in a day or so and another is in my spot. And management has a lot of lies for me. Trying to insult my intelligence. Professional garbage. So the manager knew why I was mad. I was mad because I saw them start on my vehicle but when I came back they had stop working on my car and had another car same year , make, and model in my spot. So after I got my car, and the work was never done, my car has no brakes and over heats. The manager steady lie to me trying to convince me the the other car had been there. Lies. I been at that shop 1,2,and 3 weeks prior because I had an oil change on another car and was w up there talking about the work to come on the car that I was bring up there. Very sneaky tactics.
