Demi Roadside Assistance really came through when I needed help the most. Their response time was…read moreimpressively quick--I barely had time to worry before help arrived. From the moment the technician showed up, it was clear I was dealing with a true professional. He knew exactly what he was doing, worked efficiently, and handled the situation with confidence, which immediately put me at ease. What stood out even more was the level of courtesy and care. The technician was extremely polite and respectful, and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. Since it was cold outside, he actually encouraged me to sit somewhere warm while he worked on my car, which I genuinely appreciated. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a stressful situation so much better. I highly recommend Demi Roadside Assistance for their fast service, professionalism, and genuine concern for their customers. A personal go to from now on. Thank you

Initial Review: Driver arrived and demanded an extra $30 cash fee to move my car from my garage to…read morethe street, despite me informing the company beforehand that it was in the garage. I declined and offered to push it out with my brother. The driver instead pushed it out himself and later demanded payment, which I again refused. He acted hostile, refused to let me ride with him, and made the experience unpleasant. This was my first tow and the lack of upfront communication, along with the aggressive attitude, makes me confident in saying I'd never recommend this company. Update: After posting this review, the manager called and apologized for the driver's behavior. He explained that charging to move the vehicle so it can be towed is against their policy. He also said they'd reprimand the driver and install dash cams on all their trucks to make keep their drivers accountable. While I appreciate the apology, it came across more like damage control than a genuine effort to understand what went wrong or prevent it from happening again. It felt like pressure to get me to change my review, not true accountability. That said, I'm updating this to two stars because I hope this isn't how the company normally operates. If they follow through on these changes and more customers share positive experiences, they may well deserve a second chance. For now, this is still my experience, so keep it in mind if you're considering their service.

My teen came out of a rehearsal on a Friday evening to a flat tire and only then realized he had no…read morespare in the vehicle. What to do?!? A Friday after 7, all our "usual" tire places were closed! Panicked, we searched for late night or 24 hour tire repair. It's right in the name!!! They answered the call right away. They were super communicative with my son, and also with me (I'm sure I was being a little "extra" since I was a little worried to begin with!) They were (unfortunately) unable to patch the tire, but had an appropriate one in stock to replace it, so my son was safely on his way in just a couple hours. It didn't break the bank, either, which was a relief since it *was* an after hours, roadside call. "Thank you" for your care and service doesn't say enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're in Chicago & find yourself in a tire jam.
