The cleaning felt a bit rushed, as there was still noticeable dust left behind in several areas. During the appointment, their vacuum stopped working and they asked if I had an alternative. I provided a wet vacuum, but it wasn't used properly, which left parts of the carpet overly wet and required extra cleanup afterward. The job wasn't terrible, and they did complete everything within about 2-3 hours, but for the cost, I expected more attention to detail. I appreciate how nice they were, but I likely wouldn't book this service again. Edit: Here is proof I did indeed work with them.

Hence, why you probably see a lot of 5 star reviews. Again, great customer service on the front end but not a reliable company overall.
