I have been going to them for at least 20 years and they're an excellent cleaners. Sadly, they no longer do alterations.

Awesome dry cleaning business! The staff is very very kind, and I appreciate their honesty. I brought in a Tommy Hilfiger coat, and upon cleaning, they let me know that some stains just won't come out. I totally get it, dry cleaners are people not magicians ya know. Been a customer for 20 years. Picked up 12 articles of clothing mostly dress shirts and pants. They all had yellow spots on them and some were not cleaned. I asked if they can try again, owner refused, called cops on me, gave me my items and said never return again. Terrible customer service. I can't believe this happened. read more

This is a dry-cleaning establishment that you can trust with just about any dry cleaning need. Jessica is very thorough and maintains a very high level of quality. I've never had a garment damaged here, but other cleaners around town have destroyed my suits and jackets. She is kinda high in price, but her reputation for dependability merits the cost. The new owners Matthew and Stacie are working hard to establish a business based on reliability and customer service. I was helped by Matthew who said my item would be ready and it was when he said it would be. Each time he was friendly and had a smile and great attitude. BTW is cleaned well and looks great! Dropped a dress off to have dry cleaned. I picket it up and it was more wrinkled then when I dropped it off. Cost me $15 for a cheap hanger and clear plastic. Nothing was done to my dress. Will not use again. read more

Don't ever go to this place if you want your clothes to be damaged took a brand new shirt that I dropped food on to get clean and I got my Diamond shirt back with a big discolored Circle in the middle ticket to another cleaners and they said that they had to have sprayed something on it I would never refer anybody to this place their customer service is awful read more

Been taking my daughters uniforms here weekly for about 2 months. The lady is not a people person for sure. Picked up last shipment of 4 uniforms. Shirts were hers cuz they have her name on them. The pants were correct color but way to big. And used way more than my daughters as hers were only two months old. Took them in to let them know and immediately they said "NO those are hers no one else has green pants." All we wanted was to hopefully swap with the correct ones once somebody brought them in. They say NO. Those are your pants. Showed a pic of my daughter after she tried them on (they were clearly too BIG!) and the guy said "OH". "Go buy new I pay and then lady say NO MORE SERVICE. My husband went in today ( a week later) too see if anyone turned them in. NO. he asked if they ever made a mistake. Answer was NO. Oh come on man. Is that they only word they know. My daughter did go and purchase 4 new pairs of pants and paid for them to be altered .... brought the receipt and the jerks would not pay for the alterations. I guess she was lucky to at least get the money for the pants. All we wanted was to hopefully get hers back and they made it such an ugly thing. First and last visit here. I walked in with 2 folded up curtains to have them pressed. The lady comes from the back and I say hello. Nothing from her, she just goes to the computer and starts asking me for my phone number and name. Rude. I ask her how much and she says it's $20! Yikes! A friend of mine went here and they screwed up her order gave her the wrong pants and she ended up having to spend almost 200$ just to correct their mistake. In the end they weren't helpful and told her to never come back. read more

This place has horrible customer service. I called today and asked if they had same day cleaning service. The female that answers the phone said "No, not today. It's too late," and just hung up the phone on me. She didn't ask what day I needed it and didn't wait to see if I had any other questions. Very very rude!! Never going to this place. RUDE! Lady acted as though she was being inconvenienced that I brought my business in to her. Requested same day service, like the website advertises, in by 11am ready by 4pm. She acted confused and said tomorrow by 4pm was all she could do. Don't advertise same day service if you don't offer it! Ridiculous waste of time. read more
