DO NOT COME HERE...I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Go to…read morecenter stage music in Bellmore please. The new owner of this place is very money hungry and disrespectful. This place is not like it used to be since they changed owners. I'm very disappointed with how I've been treated. I'm just very appalled that the owner treats his customers this way. The owner wouldn't let me rebook my time since I was unable to cancel within the 48 hour period. I was willing to rebook for any day, but he wouldn't budge. So I was charged 84 dollars and didn't recieve any service. I was going there every week for the past month, and tried to rebook any day for next week. He refused... He talked down to me, belittled me over the phone and took 84 dollars for no service. He was inflexible and lost my business permanently. I've been coming here consistently for many years, this happens to be the first time i had to cancel. I was willing to reschedule any day within the week, but he was unwilling to work with me. Go to Center Stage music, they will treat you with dignity/respect & will not try to rip you off any chance they can.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Mike, the owner and this amazing studio!!! I have been…read morerehearsing at Next Phase with my jazz group for about 5 months. Each week he greets us and sets up the mics and sound in of his 4 studios. The place is fantastic. The sound doesn't leak out from one studio to the next. It is a great vibe as many musicians in Long Island rehearse here. The studios are well equipped with stools, mics, drum sets, keyboard stands, amps and a digital equalizer for the vocals. There have been times when I have forgotten a chord or power supply and Mike has gone out of his way to help me and literally "save the day"! I have to say the place is perfect for our needs and many of the working musical stage groups of Long Island. Congrats to Mike and his professional staff for a well run operation!!

Student rental experience is a hassle. There's a reason this store is not on the list of rental…read moreplaces for some of the area's schools. Consistent with other reviews, issues with the instrument are always the fault of the careless student and can never be a defect in manufacturing or normal wear and tear. Moreover, the repair I paid for didn't solve the problem and an instrument switch was out of the question. When you turn in the instrument, there is a hard sell for you to either continue the rental, buy it outright or buy something else. You can't simply return the instrument without a sales pitch that needs to be rebuffed. That having been said the store does have a lot of instruments and music equipment for sale, does do repairs, is located right on Sunrise Highway and they seem to be connected in the professional musician industry. I just wish it was run better.

!!BEWARE!! Weiner…read moremusic is a SCAM Specifically ordered the old style Clark fobes barrel. They sent me the new version. I emailed them right after delivery about this and received no response, but on their website they updated the photo after my email. I called them and said I wanted the old barrel if you can check stock and if not available call me and set up a return. They falsely advertised the incorrect product, and blamed me for this. They deducted $9 for a cleaning fee of a barrel that was never used, and again the incorrect item. The people working the phones are morons and scammers. I utilized this place for years and referring my students to purchase equipment and instruments since 2015. And buying reeds while on broadway tours. That all ends NOW Take your business elsewhere. Photos below show my email complaint. The original photo on my invoice for the barrel I wanted (very blurry pic) and then the return invoice minus $9 with the updated new barrel (that I didn't want)
