If I could give a negative star review, I would in a heartbeat. I want to start by saying I have…read morenever taken any of my own pets here before but my husband and his family have for as long as they can remember. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. My father-in-law told me he's taken his pets here for a long time because they DO NOT require vaccinations. Should've been a red flag, in my opinion. Well, this is the second time since I've lived in the same household as him that he's taken his cats in for grooming & they return home with fleas. The last time, which was back in May, my husband took his cat (Ollie) in for a groom. He mentioned to me when he dropped him off that the staff was rude & basically treated him as if he was an inconvenience because they were so short staffed. Poor Ollie returned home so badly infested with fleas that he was literally ripping chunks of his own fur out. Within a week, he was clearly distraught & went from a shy cat who was typically afraid to even go upstairs to one who was sleeping on the STOVE & in the SINK. He stayed in the basement so it took a while for me to notice how bad the situation was but when I did, he had quickly spread them throughout the entire house. It started to all make sense to me when he was staying upstairs because he was clearly trying to escape the fleas. All of our animals (who have been proactively treated btw) are now suffering because of this. My personal dog, who has actively been treated his entire life is at risk because he has an autoimmune disease that directly affects his blood. It's to the point where we had to hire an exterminator to treat the house. It's now 5 months later & we're still treating our poor animals for fleas & the cat who went to them has passed due to the severity of the infestation. (I'm talking we went from a flea free home to a situation where fleas were pouring out of this poor cats nose & eyes within a couple weeks of being groomed here. All of the animals have always returned with fleas after being in their care & not once did they even mention a thing about fleas. I have never experienced this before as I have never & will never take my babies here & always give my animals the best care I can provide for them. I'm posting this as a warning to others to avoid the terrible experience my family has had with these people. Again, according to my father-in-law, they don't require vaccines which is a HUGE no-no in this industry. DO BETTER before you hurt another animal. You've cost my family & I a lot of money and a LIFE because of your negligence. I have also attached screenshots from when my husband dropped his cat off & the treatment he received from the staff. How could anyone trust to leave their pets with someone like this is beyond my understanding. I am beyond livid over this experience but above anything else, I truly hope this place improves & takes this to heart so none of their other patients ever have to go through what I've witnessed from this place.

Charlie is…read moresweet, playful, and loving, but he also came to us with some bad habits, namely food guarding, excessive barking, and aggression towards other dogs (but never biting). We talked to a couple of people and did some research and after reading the Bark Busters reviews, we decided to put our trust in Noah. We had our first lesson last night and it's like we have a different dog now! We were convinced that it would take several lessons because the behaviors seemed so ingrained and extreme. However, Noah was super helpful in breaking down why Charlie was behaving in the negative ways I was describing above and he taught us how to speak to Charlie in a language he can understand. After just two hours working with Noah, we now have established boundaries and a channel for communication unlike anything we ever thought possible. Best of all, Charlie can relax and rest assured that we are his people and we have his back! I know it seems like a lot of money to spend, but it was worth every penny! If you put your trust in Noah and Bark Busters, I can't imagine that you or your beloved pet will be disappointed! Thank you, Noah!!!!

We teach you how to communicate with your best friend for a greater outcome. The most important thing your dog needs to understand is that you're their leader and provider in virtually every aspect of their lives. I teach my clients how to be the "leader of the pack" by educating and coaching them. This is essentially how to root out your dog's unwanted behavior issues which will ultimately lead to a fun, happy and well-balanced relationship with your dog. When I work with you, I'll teach you how to correct unwanted behaviors and communicate to your dog by using only body language and voice tones which is essentially how they communicate to each other. I do in-home, private behavioral therapy training because that is where we can get the most attention from the dog, it's where most problems occur, and it's where we can obtain the fastest results. But WOW this vet is so expensive! Expect to spend at least 2-3 hours here on just a routine appointment, and also don't expect to leave here without spending at least $300-$400 per pet. I do love the expertise, care and compassion that comes with this vet, but it is a very expensive place to go. I have considered going to a different veterinarian, but if you Google each of the procedures & services and national averages for those costs, and they are within the national averages. I think pet care is just very expensive!! I like that this vet office is a converted house, each of the examination rooms are very cute.

Spooky Boo was abondoned by her owners of 14 years in January when they moved and left her in the house they sold. Wife had developed some allergies and if the new owners didn't want her, they were going to put her to sleep!!! She was left alone for a month, but a cat rescue took Boo and I adopted her less than a month ago. I was worried about leaving her at a vet but had no choice with my apartment being sprayed. Boo was well cared for and comforted thru the day. Had a cat bed and when Boo hid under it, the staff knew it was the noise of other pets and let her hide. She was feed the food I left. Boo purred at every one she met I was told. When I explained that I am leary about shots for cats over age 10, I was told the vet understood and once they saw Boo's records, none were asked for. In fact, I was told nothing was needed until next year. No special food was suggested, unlike other vets I have been in the past. I am very happy to find a good vet so close to my apartment in my new city.
