When you walk in there are paper shoppers bags along the wall you can grab to start putting your goodies in. They offer candles, bath bombs, bar soap, hair products, and more! When you check out you get to pick which tissue paper to use in your bag. So adorable and a great touch. As I was leaving the shop I heard the shopkeepers discussing what they would work on for the day. They were going to pour candles. It was a very Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion moment and it made me smile from ear to ear! You can really tell they enjoy what they do and know how to provide a memorable customer experience.

I am a thin 5'9" woman with a normal sized head. I read Rose Beauty's return policy stating that they do not accept returns on wigs. I took the wig back the next day and told the lady at the cash register I understood their return policy of no returns, but the wig was made for a child misrepresented as an adult wig & I will take products in lieu of a cash refund. She called said no, then called someone who said no. It is not right they can sell a product under false circumstances and I cannot get a satisfactory result. They will never get a cent from me and I will spread the word about how I was treated.

I let her know that I heard him make that call, I paid the one dollar that they so desperately needed and left. I will never return back to that store. They clearly have an issue with melanin people and they had the nerve to be playing Christian music over their intercom. I understand why their store was empty.

This price is unheard of for everything that I purchased! The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because I had a reaction to the actual scent that I bought. I purchased 'Good Morning Sunshine' in all of the products except the soap bars. My skin reacted fine to the soap bars, but I had a reaction that left my skin itching all over. When I reached out to customer service, I was told to speak with the manager (Julie) for either an exchange or refund due to the reaction. When I arrived to the store, Julie was not there so another manager helped me. This store is so new that it seems like everyone is still trying to learn how to use the system! Unfortunately, I was not able to get an actual refund to my card. I did end up getting store credit, which is great, but I probably will not be able to use it! I am planning on passing this store credit on to someone who loves Lush as much as I do and can benefit from trying something new! The employees at this store are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure all of your questions are answered! There is a place where you can try their items as well! I definitely recommend doing this! I loved the feeling of putting on the shower oil after using the body scrub. It sounds like this reaction was definitely scent related... my nerves got the best of me and I was too afraid to try the unscented due to the past few weeks of constant itching. I went to Buff City Soap recently for the first time and they were having a sale on laundry so I decided to try their dryer balls that weren't part of the sale but they gave me a sample so it was a good buy for me. I tried their laundry detergent and am very impressed, my clothes have never smelled and felt better as the detergent comes with Soap With 100 % Coconut Oil, Citric Acid, Washing Powder, Essential Oils and/or Phthalate & Paraben Free Fragrances. My clothes are so soft and feel fresh. The Wool Dryer Balls (3 Pack) are great as they replace those stupid dryer sheets and I just read on their website now that you can return to any Makery to get them re-scented. I knew that I needed to get the re- scented every 100 loads but wow! Another thing I want to note is that I didn't like the scent that I got at all so I brought them back the next day and they just switched them out, no questions asked. Great customer service. Can't wait to go back soon and try more.

(Kyra also does quality work) The salon is light and airy without being pretentious. Wood floors, deep blue accents and a minimalist design, yeah, works for me. The music is just right and they play a mix. You will receive a relaxing hand massage, mini facial, and coffee, tea or water, of course. I can't complain about the fees either, total win!
