Frontier pools did an incredible job! Our pool needed help and a lot of work done. We made calls…read moreto many pool companies none wanted to help us if they didn't put in the pool or had serviced it in the past. Some waiting lists were up to a year! Zac answered the call and took on the challenge. He did and amazing job. Fixed filters, new skimmers, new liner, fixed all problem areas and installed a new cover. He always was on task and the pool is now beautiful something we were starting to believe wasn't going to happen. I would recommend Frontier pools to everyone.

If you have other options please take them. I contacted…read morethis company Mid-May and spoke with (Zack) owner. He gave me a quote based off of the pictures that I sent for chemical treatment, vacuuming, and replacing pool cover. I agreed to the quote and requested him to clean the pool. I texted the address per his request. Never received a response. 3 days later I texted asking if he was still going to clean my pool. He said yes, confirmed the address and he would come next week. 2days later he calls and she he was on his way to clean the pool. Once he came he poured a chemical in the pool and said call him when it clear so he can come back out the clean and vacuum. A few days later a sent a picture of water and said water looks clear and can we set up a day/time to complete the treatment and cleaning. He never responded. 2 days later (last Thursday) I texted asking if he was coming or should I find another company. At 8:54pm he responded saying he was about 30mins away. I asked if he would be able to properly clean the pool in the dark, he said he just wanted to see the water. When he arrived he splashed the water around with his hand and asked how do I normally clean my pool. I told him then he asked if I had any chlorine or bleach will work just fine. I gave him 2 gallons of chlorine which he poured in the pool and said call me when it clears up again. I told him if he knows it should only take a couple days to let schedule a time for him to come back. He agreed to come on Sunday. Sunday morning I sent him a text stating 'just wanted to confirm todays cleaning and to see what time you are coming' he replied ' he replied he will be out this afternoon' 3pm I called only for him to tell me he would come out on Monday. Today, Monday he called and said he was done cleaning the pool. He got a lot of pine needles but not all, I asked if he changed the filter, he said no. I asked about the cover and was told he doesn't have it and would need to mail it to me. I explained to him that I wanted my pool cleaned and a new cover. Then asked how is it supposed to stay free of debris without a cover. He then told me he would bring one back in a few hours. I told him I was not happy with his services. The only Communication has been me reaching out via calling or texting. He told me he is the only employee and told him if he couldn't do the job he should have said so. When I came out and looked at the pool there are still a lot of Pineneedles, algae on the walls, dirt on the floor, and the water is cloudy. When I informed him of the condition of the pool and sent pictures he texted me back basically saying he apologized for the poor service, he wasn't going to charge for the chemicals or labor so far and his company could not complete the job. I have never experienced anything like this before.

The people at the dolphin…read morestore in Plymouth charged us $40 to have it sit in their store for a few days for them to tell us to try it again and if it didn't work it's cooked. We were planning on buying another dolphin from them but decided they weren't very helpful and getting it repaired if needed in the future would be a headache. We found Pool Werks in Burnsville and a lady working there named Antonia was very knowledgeable of their products and was able to help us find a great replacement vacuum for a great price on sale that is an upgrade from the former dolphin product! 10/10 recommend this place if you need a pool vacuum

Very disappointed. Be aware if there are any issues - they will make it your problem…read more My above ground pool which I had 12 years with no issues was damaged by a storm. I selected Performance pool to do this. They installed it in October of 2023. The winterized it and put on the winter cover. The cover wouldn't stay on and they told me I should just put a bunch of stakes around the pool. The pool was good for the first season. I opened it in the spring of 2025 and the liner had pulled out. I had to drain it and then they charged me $400 to tuck it back in. This spring the same thing happened - it came out so I drained it and tucked it back in and started to refill it. The liner pulled out again while it was filling and I had a bigger mess(sand washed out from the pool base). Keep in mind - they installed the liner originally, they charged me to fix it a year later and it happened again. To me it would seem something is wrong. I hadn't heard anything back after multiple emails and calls and was going to try to fix it myself with I looked closer at the liner and it was peeling and had a couple small tears close to the top. I sent this info over and they finally got back to me saying they were going to retuck the liner and fix the sand but if I was concerned they could replace the liner at a cost of over $6K+. This was after I spent 18K+ to buy the pool originally. Because of all the issues I had I decided to pay for the replacement because I couldn't keep dealing with the liner pulling out and having to drain and refill the pool every spring. They did lower the price but it was still over 3K. the sales people seem helpful but once the pool is installed they won't do much other than pass along your concern. I had copied our sales guy on an email to the service person and was scolded for copying him on the email. The communication from the service team is terrible. I kept trying to get updates as to when they were going to be here to replace my liner and I received a text the morning of that they were on their way. If you buy from here - keep in mind - you will be paying for any issues you might have. After the sales and install I was going to give them 5 stars but there is no way I could recommend them to anyone.
