I did so, so, so much research before I chose this shop, and couldn't be more thrilled with the way my car turned out. The auto body shop competition in LA is next level and super overwhelming and really sketchy/overpriced, so let me give you some advice: just choose this place. Before I go into how much I adore Art and his wife, let's go back in time to the moment I realized I had scratched the everloving shit out of my car...on my own garage. I was embarrassed and horrified, but also genuinely worried: I'd never had to get body work done. I had no idea how much my stupid mistake was going to cost me, and I was worried I'd have to drive around with the damage for a year while I saved up money for a repair. And that's where Art stepped in. He gave me a quote that was 1/3 the price of what other auto body shops quoted me. He fixed the car in a week, and there's no actual way to tell where the damage was in the first place. My car quite literally looks brand new. Beyond that, Art is just a kind guy. I was looking for body shop for my husband's car damage to get it fixed since I don't know any since my friend's shop has closed. It is really hard to find a body shop around where we leave. So many to go to and hard to find one to trust. I was scammed myself twice and got ripped of by other shops I found. Driving down the fwy at 80mph, a box falls off a truck 2 lanes away, ends up in my lane and does some damage to my car. I reach out via Yelp and all is done & perfect within a day! They were super kind, honest and reasonable with amazing results ! Being honest, while my car was at the shop, I waited by the phone for the call to tell me "there was more damage than we thought and it'll be $xxxx thousands more than we said it would be." When the text came and it said "your car is ready..." No one I knew had a good recommendation. Well, now I do. I told them "no one is in business to make friends." My car was hit-and-run on the freeway by a side swipe that ruined the whole driver's side of my car and smashed off my side view mirror. You can look at the image and see how tragic it was. I didn't have a dash cam and I found out my insurance didn't cover collision (fixed that now), so I had to pay out of pocket. Art responded very fast to my request and he gave me an estimate, time frame, and was very honest about it all. The situation was a terrible one for me, but Art and his team really came through. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I'll admit that I was nervous about how the car was going to look, but I can say with certainty that I am very satisfied with the outcome. The car really does look like the accident never happened and that's all I wanted. I am EXTREMELY pleased, impressed, and grateful for the work Art and his team have done for me. I know to some skeptics it may sound cheesy to say but Art really does care about the quality of his work and his relationships with his customers, and I'll even go a little further and debunk those one-star reviews that you see on here. I hit a pole outside of my parking structure with my 2022 Nissan Frontier only 3 months after buying it. 7 years I had driven back and forth this alley thousands of times and this night I damage my brand new truck - safe to say I was very upset. I visited a few body shops and obviously I was looking at about 2 grand to repair it. I came to Art and he quoted me almost half compared to the other shops. Art assured me the damage was repairable and there was no need to buy a brand new fender. Fast forward a few months later and I ended up scratching my front bumper and headlight. I had my oem side skirts installed here and they did a decent job however they didn't follow the directions on how to install them. I strictly made sure all parts were included and they ended up using a bunch of self tapping nails when they should've used the brackets included with the kit. The side skirt was sticking out and the guy promised me he will fix it with no charge but yet I came back and he charged me $40 to just tape it back together when in reality he forgot to install the brackets and just used adhesive tape to combine them! Sometimes the reviews on yelp or online don't even correspond with the quality of the work that their business displays on yelp or other social platforms lol. I have no pictures because I ended up fixing it myself however I would've expected all the parts that I provided to be used and not disregarded. read more

We scheduled an appointment to have the car fixed, and they completed everything they said they would do. Art was the one that helped us. He gave us a quote for the repairs and replacements, and they stuck to it. There were no bait and switches, or adding additional things that would have increased the cost. I got myself into a bloody mess when I found someone on Facebook market to come to the house to fix a scratch on a leased Mercedes. Long story short, the guy who came over technically fixed the scratch but the color did not match the rest of the car and there was overspray everywhere. Please do learn from my mistake. Just go to Art for any body issues. Art not only fixed the damage beautifully but he also convinced me to file an insurance claim which was reluctantly covered by the insurer but after more than a few phone calls, it was all settled. If you have any body work to do this shop will get it done. The owner is so nice and is a workhorse. I brought my van in to fix a dent and it was ready less than 24 hours later. He took on a job no one else would take and did it for a reasonable price. I had a massive dent in my vintage VW bus near the back window. No one wanted to touch it at any other shop as it was a nearly impossible fix. People only suggested replacing the door which is nearly impossible to find as it's such a rare vehicle. This is my first ever yelp review and they deserve it! A blown out tire had hit the front of my car and not having the other cars information to make them pay was just annoying. I had been looking for a shop for months I was getting estimates upwards of $1,500 for one part and a small paint job. This review is long overdue... but better late than never, right?! Art and Narine (A+N) have exuded nothing but kindness and professionalism. Anybody who needs ANYTHING done... please come to them! My journey with them started quite some time ago. Long story short, the at-fault driver in the collision (I was rear-ended by his company car) ensured me that they would pay me a lump sum and that would cover everything. I received a quote from A+N and was promised by the other company that they would deliver a check to me. And of course... they ignored my attempts of contact (for a week). I decided not to deal with them anymore and I turned to A Pro Body Shop. I first reached out to A+N via Yelp. I cannot express how happy I was when they actually responded! I was stuck at work, and I don't necessarily loooove calling people on the phone. Communication was crisp and clear. There was no confusion. I had set an appointment for a consultation later that week (a little short notice, but A+N were extremely accommodating). When I arrived, I dropped my car off with Art and Narine helped me with the administrative aspect of it all. She went above and beyond! Not only did she help me sort things out with my situation, she also spoke directly to/with my insurance company. It was a relief to see her take command. I know NOTHING about accidents/insurance. Narine was in her forte and she helped be the voice for little people like me. My car was "out of service" for almost a month, but Narine took care of me and made sure that I had a rental the whole time. When one rental was acting up, she made sure that I was in a new one the NEXT DAY! She is extremely responsive at all times - I'm sure that if you wanted to call her at 3AM, she would answer. The best part of all of this: I didn't have to pay a dime. And she made sure I didn't have to! When I finally got my car back, I noticed that they even cleaned it a little for me! He didn't have a wash for quite some time, but they went out of their way to return it back with a little sparkle. My bumper and muffler looked great. Everything looked brand new. Art and Narine are such a good team and I'm so glad they took care of me. There was never an issue because of how well they communicate and how well they do their job. Do not come here, I came in to get my brakes fixed and came out with new problems with my car. The woman at the desk yelled at me on the phone when I tried to explain to her that there are now new problems with my car, after coming in for service. She told me that I'm not appreciating good service and that I should go somewhere else. So, I'm not going to get it fixed by the people who damaged my car. I have to go to another mechanic as they are not trustworthy. They use old parts that are not suitable for use as I got a second opinion from another mechanic They also told me to pay cash as the credit card machine is "out of service" AFTER they fixed my car. The total was about $600 and they expected cash, I'm a student. They try to double up the price on labor unless you try to fight it. Called and brought my car in on a Monday. Art assessed the damage and the part needed and he ordered it and gave me the price at the spot. The part came in 2 days later and was able to install the part ASAP. Payment was easy and Narine was easy to communicate with and fast with her responses. Their pricing is very fair and the job they do is quick and high quality. I replaced my fender lining and they had the part ordered and installed all within the same week. Installation took no more than 30 minutes. The place is a little difficult to find. Just look for the building with the orange strip on the top. The entrance is a bit small and steep so for those with bigger cars or lowered cars just be aware and angle carefully. Very do-able though because my car is lowered and I made it up just fine. Overall their work is great and their pricing is very fair and they are able to get the parts and have it done all within the same week so very satisfied. AVOID!!! ARTEM AND HIS WIFE NARINE TOOK ALMOST 10K FROM INS AND DIDNT FIX MY TRUCK AND WAS LEFT THERE!!! I was in an accident and I found this shop back in January 2023 that has "good reviews" Narine Matinyan was the one who asked for information on the other party ins to get started on the process for them to fix my truck. Everything was proceed towards the 2nd to 3rd week of January I took my car on same day or maybe the next day of it being accepted. Artem Matinyan was the one who was going to fix the damages and assured me that it was going to be fixed within 2 - 3 weeks depending how mad the damages were. Long story short he was giving bs excuses for 4 months until he gave me a call saying the car is not fixed so you can come in and pick up the truck??? Like WHAT !??? It's not fixed but you want me to pick up the truck he's like yes sorry. When I called him again he told me his name wasn't art that it was "jose" so basically making jokes. I went to pick up my truck everything was closed and I had to call him again to see where he left my keys, he left my keys on top of my tire and my truck was completely dead the battery wasn't turning on had to get triple a to tow my truck to my house.
