Ron was very helpful and has lots of knowledge to help those with a small claims case. In my case, the agent for service of process (working out of her home) was not home, but her mother answered. I was within 15 days, so substituted service would have resulted in a delay. He thought to have this lady at the property get her daughter on the phone where she verbally accepted personal service. I'm not sure I would have thought of something like that if I were there doing this with my brother or a neighbor performing service. I don't know what's happening because Ron used to be very communicative. He emailed me stating he would be done with my documents by the next day, a Friday, and have it submitted by Monday? Yet there was nothing. I waited until Wednesday that week to get a response since I didn't hear back on Monday, and it still wasn't ready... on that Saturday I get a response that for sure it is ready on Monday and still... nothing... I have been emailing all week for updates and suddenly no response? The above was my review of him while waiting for him to respond to my numerous emails... I decided not to post this because I got busy and he finally responded after another week of being nice and patient. I was further proven wrong when I lost my case due to his lack of support and subpar advice. He is not reliable at all. He definitely proved this when he failed to help me be as prepared for my case and I basically lost the case. He told me my evidence package was good and yet later tells me I never emailed it to him??? Then when I said I did, he said it was good........ idk what's going on with Ron, but I wasted all those months expecting to have someone to guide me through small claims and he is not the one. What a whirlwind to deal with. Confusing information, unreliable, forgetful. I feel scammed. He definitely won't help you win. Please keep looking, this man is not it.
