I wanted to give Ron the good review since he helped me in serving the paper for small claim court. He was responsive then. Now the collection stage, he is like a different person. I learned that he also does collection, so I was hopeful that he would help me for that (much harder than just serving papers.) However, once I won and reached him out, he got very unresponsive. (He once said he needed a weekend, time to review the case and will get back to me on Monday, but it's been 2 weeks, and in spite of me trying reach out to him he never responds). It may be the case he does not want to take, however, it seems like he responds only when things are convenient/easy or only when he wants the business initially, not professional and I am disappointed.
