I have purchased several things, no problems, the one time there was an issue, it was handled quickly.

I drop off my washer machine to get fixed and put $ 125 deposit, then came back 2 weeks later they called said to pick up it was ready so picked it up paid another $275 when i got home it was never repaired. Buyer Beware. If you purchase a product from this store and it is defective you will have to deliver the large appliance back to their store for repair under the warranty. Justin will be very rude about it and tell you that he informed you of this before you purchased the product. This is your warning that there are multiple Yelp reviews of people with similar experiences. They sell defective products and then burden the customer with the cost of returning it for repair or replacement. Just spend $100 more and get a new one from a reputable dealer. You will get a dirty funky machine from them.

If I can give a zero I would there a rip off shitty machine brought one payed 250 3 weeks later not working telling me I have to pay 50 dollars to deliver to them to fix and and 50 to bring back said it under warranty but they will not come out of there pocket for the delivery of a shift machine so they don't care about there customer in total the machine would cost me as much as a new one do not buy fro these thief's they are lying and have bad customer service I wish there company the worst may the loss there business for being bad to customer and lying read more

I dropped off my dryer in the morning and was told it would be ready that afternoon.... it was and with NO additional fees. Apparently it had a bad connection which they check all of them and I very blessed that it was repaired. J feel they are good honest people and would very highly recommend them. read more

I bought a used washer dryer here for one of my tenants units. What an ordeal! I wish I would have bought a new one. He gives you a 30 day warranty, but if you want to claim it, you have to get large appliance back to Slidell. This washer broke about a day after my tenants moved in. Due to extenuating circumstances, I couldn't get it back to Slidell. Let the store know, they offered to fix it. They couldn't show up due to truck troubles and my tenants needed a washer, so I paid $250 to someone else to come fix it. The repair man said nothing had been refurbished. Two days later the dryer breaks. A+ actually does come out to fix it. The same time the washer starts leaking. He won't touch the washer because somebody else worked on it. Now I have to get another repair guy. The savings were not worth it. Skip this place. Go to Depot, get a new one, you'll thank me later. read more

Do not waste your time or money. Purchased a refrigerator lasted an entire 35 days, paid 300 should have bought a new one. Also purchased a dryer had to return 3 times before they actually got it working. Do not see how this place stays in business. read more

Claims to have 30 warranty but won't stand by and products are garbage. I didn't expect a top end dryer but I expected it to work at least for a while. And if you deal with them you better have a truck because even if you pay for home delivery when you product craps out its your problem to get it back to them. Definitely worth the extra money to buy new! read more

This is the worst appliance place I have ever been to. In the last four months I have had two washers and a refrigerator that I purchased from them that are garbage. The first washer didn't stop when the cycles were over so I was within the 30 day warranty and switched it out. Now after the 30 day warranty the other washer dosnt spin the water out of the clothes and the compressor on the refrigerator just went out. Now I have to buy another washer and another refrigerator.
