In December of 2023, I contacted Major Appliance and A/C because my washer was not draining. They…read moreset my appointment and then had to reschedule due to other people's problems with heating. When they came out, their technicians were young men who took a while to diagnose the issue. Because it was later in the evening, they had to return the next day because the store where they needed to get the part was closed. When they came back the next day, they tried to charge me the visit fee again. I contacted the office and the fee was waived. They took forever to replace the part while watching YouTube videos to guide them on what to do and my washing machine broke down in less than an hour after they left. I contacted the office and a supervisor was sent out. The supervisor stated that the washer needed to be replaced and was a fire hazard. He stated that he would let the office know and recommended that I be reimbursed for the part since the washer was burning out. As of April 22nd, I have not been contacted about reimbursement. Christina in the office said she would look into it. My emails about my reimbursement are being ignored. Worst customer service ever.

Came out to repair the dryer, replaced a part and charged $280. Dryer worked for less than a…read moreweek. He disassembled the unit and left all the parts scrambled in the living area. He said he was returning the next day but a week later hadn't returned. After discussing the issue with him he said it would be an add'l $480 to repair a $700 dryer. Needless to say I declined and was compelled to clean up the mess he left in the living area. Also, at the same time he was repairing my daughters oven door hinge. He said she needed new hinges which she ordered. He came to install and 3 hours later he installed the original hinge and charged her $400. He told her that the door was delicate and be careful not to pull on it. He never fixed the problem. Find someone else to repair your appliance or just get a new one before you spend more money than its worrth.
