Came out to repair the dryer, replaced a part and charged $280. Dryer worked for less than a week. He disassembled the unit and left all the parts scrambled in the living area. He said he was returning the next day but a week later hadn't returned. After discussing the issue with him he said it would be an add'l $480 to repair a $700 dryer. Needless to say I declined and was compelled to clean up the mess he left in the living area. Also, at the same time he was repairing my daughters oven door hinge. He said she needed new hinges which she ordered. He came to install and 3 hours later he installed the original hinge and charged her $400. He told her that the door was delicate and be careful not to pull on it. He never fixed the problem. Find someone else to repair your appliance or just get a new one before you spend more money than its worrth. read more

We used Nathan's with our home warranty. Our first encounter, a dishwasher repair, was not positive. Nathan seemed disorganized. Our second time, refrigerator repair, person arrived within a few hours. He left to purchase the part and refrigerator was repaired within a few hours. Nathan has hired an assistant. HE came by and charged me $80.00 and said he ordered the part for my Whirlpool range. The day he came by and I paid him was on March 14 and said the part would be in by March 18. Today is April 27 I have called and left many , many messages and he will not even return my phone calls. read more

( mind you he did tell us to unplug it so he could install what he said was broken so explain to me again how the first time you came you couldn't diagnose something because it WAS SURELY PLUGGED IN.... This guy is a crook, came in house and just made up stories about what was wrong with refrigerator change out ice maker $275.00 didn't fix issue, month late after many calls he changes out water valve, $200.00 didn't fix problem. Don't think about calling this guy. I have been trying to get him to fix my dryer for 8 weeks now. He just leaves you hanging and returns calls when he feels like it. Called him to fix m/w and the fan in convection oven. Did fine with m/w but the oven - not good. Control panel was bad, he said, and took it out. Brought a couple others out, after many phone calls, most of which he did not answer. Last one didn't fit, and we never heard from him again. $400 up in smoke! No oven for 4 MONTHS! Patience does not work with him. Won't answer or return my calls because he knows my phone number. No stars from me. Others have said stay away from him. read more

After calling Best Buy, from whom we bought this refrigerator, and finding that there wasn't even a "service" option on their menu I took geek squad and after 22minutes on hold, I gave up. Called 5 other local companies who didn't answer their phones! Then I found Nathan's on yelp, and out came the rabbit from the hat! He answered the phone, sent a man over that afternoon. Cedric told us what was wrong and said the part would be in within three days. By the next afternoon Nathan was there to put everything right again. That's broken to fixed within 36 hours, folks! DO NOT LET THIS SCAM ARTISTS NEAR YOUR HOME!!! He took me for over $400.00 and is now refusing to take my calls. He said the motherboard in my refrigerator was bad and needed to be replaced. The service call and parts and labor cost $420.00. The receipt states "one year warranty in new control board". Before he stopped taking my calls all together he twice promised to come back and fix whatever was wrong. Both occasions he no showed.
