Great experience. Friendly, courteous, fast, and knows their job. Had a problem with the refrigerator digital readout and seal on refrigerator doors. They ordered the parts, made sure they worked prior to installation and repaired it fast. Had the privilege of having the owner do the repair. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. Can't say enough about them. If you have any problems with your appliances call them. read more

Absolutely worst company AHS could contract. Almost a month since first initial visit still waiting on my appliances to be fixed. Not to mention NO COMMUNICATION!!! read more

CROOK!!!! STAY AWAY. THIS GUY BIDS ON AMERICAN HOMESHIELD claims to get work because his 1.1 well deserved rating prevents him from deceiving customers and getting jobs himself. Let me tell you: when I told him in a voicemail and texted him I did not want him because it had been 5 days dince he had taken the bid and not scheduled anything. He first rushed to the AHS platform and put in an appt to prevent me from canceling him, THEN HE CANCELED MY WORK ORDER ON AHS! SO WE WERE WAITING FOR NOTHING! SUCH AN IMBECILE!!!! IF WE COULD GIVE HIM A 0 WE WOULD AND I AM SURE THE OTHER 60 PEOPLE WHO GAVE HIM A 1 WANTED TO GIVE HIM A WELL DERSERVED 0!!!! read more

A Plus was sent out from my Home Warranty company to inspect appliances for repair. They came out; however, never provided a report to the Home Warranty company. Did not answer or return my calls or texts. The Home Warranty company attempted to chase them down for a month and a half to get the report. No response. This delayed my appliance repair until a new company was assigned to come out. I wasn't surprised when I came here and saw they had a score of review score of 1.1 over 60 reviews. (I have no idea why the review is showing my location as San Francisco, CA. I live in Orlando, FL). read more

The technician came out and talked about everything except what he was supposed to do , everybody job Except his ! He was very snappy and he never turned in the report so that a claim could be filed. I have called them two weeks straight with no resolution, no text back or call back . The company had to send another company out bc they failed to deliver as promised! Worse service ever! I DONT RECOMMEND! Two weeks later n we still havenot heard back read more

A Plus Appliance has been unresponsive after initial service inspection. They said they needed to order a part and would return in a week. It's been 2 weeks and no response to my calls and texts! Now the number says it can't take calls. They were assigned by American Home Shield! Reconsidering that choice as well. read more

It's been over 5 weeks without a working dryer. Technician blames American Home Shield on sending broken dryer motor...TWICE. Each time the motor was ordered it took over two weeks to get the part and schedule a service call. Again technician blamed American Home Shield for slow response and shipping. Do Not Use either A Plus Appliance or American Home Shield if you want a timely and/or successful appliance repair. read more

Before this horrendous company--sent through American Home Shield--showed up at my house, I had already looked at the reviews. Honestly, calling them "horrendous" is being generous. They came to my house to "assess" my Bosch washing machine. The experience was a complete scam from the start. I strongly encourage everyone to report American Home Shield (AHS) to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Why? Because AHS is fully aware that this low-tier company scams people, yet they continue to keep them on their vendor list. read more

If you use Amarican Home Shield for home insurance and they assigned this company to service your appliance, please refuse them. A+ APPLIANCE LLC is horrible, they got assigned to work on my Samsung fridge, two weeks to simple figure out what was wrong with it. The require part was ordered but the technician refuse to installed it. I ended up ordering the part myself from Amazon, and getting another company to installed it. right now the fridge is like new again. A+ APPLIANCE LLC should have their business license revoke. read more

Absolutely horrible company. I do not recommend anyone use them for any appliance repairs. They do not communicate and when they do, they are rude. The service tech that came out was condescending and had no idea what he was talking about. The manager was useless and couldn't take accountability read more

Terrible service!!! Made 3 trips and still didn't fix the problem. The costumer service line was no help at all.

Don't use this company. Completely ghosted me after an initial consultation and charging me through our home warranty. Won't return my calls, nothing. Waste of money and time. Canceled multiple appointments and won't reschedule or even call back read more

I typically do not leave reviews but this company is horrible. Here js why: They only communicate through text and to communicate through test there is now a law they you have to ask for permission. They do not confirm appointments until day of when they call you to tell you they are on their way. Their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. . read more

This company came out 3 times and still hasn't fixed my washer machine, and it's been hroken nearly a month. This company came out in behalf of AHS my warranty company. Would not recommend this company yo anyone. The iwner only responds once for every 4 texts and phone calls. read more

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Their service technicians are incompetent/not skillful at resolving the actual problems, they are unprofessional, lack communication and follow up, and the list continues. I would never use them again nor refer them to ANYONE I know. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

What a sham piece of crap business. DO NOT waste your time with this service. They were tasked through American Home Shield (another true POS) warranty to fix my AC. 30 days later still not fixed. read more

The worst company don't hire them and if Home Shield put them as the company of the service don't accept them. No customer service at all. HORRIBLE. I put a star because if not Yelp don't let me post. My apologies to the star read more

They made a repair on our microwave oven. One day later the fan was still making a loud noise. They came back out & the technician said he would report this to the office and they would call us. Weeks went by and no call. Called the office several time and always got a recording to leave a message and we will call you back. One time they called back and said they will look into this, never called back We had the credit card bank reverse the charge and credit our account. I will never do business with this company or recommend the read more

If I could give this company "0" stars, I would. I had to hire them through my warranty company, American Home Shield. I have been waiting for 3 months for my dishwasher to be fixed. They lie, order unnecessary parts, are condescending, will not answer calls, and are generally inept and untrustworthy. I see that they have some good reviews and can only assume that they screw over customers referred to them by the warranty company because the profit margin is so low. This should give you an indication of the moral fiber and character of the people you are dealing with here. So disappointed. read more

"No star" is my rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner/technician is obnoxious, unprofessional and very argumentative. Please see all the other "one star" bad reviews here as proof. We contacted American Home Shield more than a week ago about the repairs. we were told that we will be contacted by this company A Plus Appliances. After waiting 48 hrs we tried reaching them to no avail. Following up with American Home Funding, they just said we will be contacted. Then we get a text saying a date and time that A Plus will come. I replied saying that time is not suitable. A response from A Plus was - we will schedule you another time when we are in the area. So in other words, they will not set an appointment as is the norm, customers have to fin in when they can come out, whenever they have another job in the area. Finally they got here! More and worse problem -in explaining about my Oven not turning off he kept saying about giving it time to cool down when I kept saying ... it's not about cooling down it's about NOT TURNING OFF. He was very disrespectful, loud and his mannerism was horrible. He left my oven ON and that is the main problem we needed their service for. NO ONE SHOULD HIRE THIS MAN read more

This company was sent to us by American Home Shield. They had originally come out in April of 2023. They were to replace the ice maker in our freezer. It leaked water immediately after install. the technician chocked it up to a faulty part. They were to order a new one and come back to install it. The part got delivered to A Plus a few days later. It is now November 2023. Not able to contact anyone at A plus. won't answer emails from American Home Shield or phone calls. they don't even deserve the 1 Star. The website no longer exist. read more

I've been waiting for over a month (before Thanksgiving) to get my ice maker and range fixed. They don't answer their phone or return calls if you leave a message. Paying monthly for American Home Shield is beginning to feel like I'm getting ripped off and this is the company that they chose to work with. My dryer just stopped working and I'm afraid to call about that. Pay an extra $100 to wait months for repair?? Ridiculous . Where is my stuff? Come fix my appliances!! We paid you. read more

My experience through American Home Shield with A Plus Appliance was horrible. Jason, the Tech, is non-responsive after numerous phone calls by both myself & American Home Shield. Do no use. read more

Use this company at your own risk! They were assigned to me by American Home Shield to repair my washer. Took my money and after numerous attempts to contact them they said the part was not delivered to them. American Home said it was. One of them is lying. If you use this company make sure you are getting a new part. The customer service is beyond atrocious! They don't respond to calls or text messages. And when they do? All I can say is....Single women beware of extremely aggressive toxic masculinity! read more

I have never completed a Yelp review but, This is the worst repair company we have ever used. They have continually lied about what the diagnosis was and what they actually repaired; even told us that our electrical plug to the dyer was our problem. After an electrical company confirmed it was not Aplus said they would contact Whirlpool to discuss a wiring plan; but after 96 hours they hadn't. PLUS this, another repair company came out today and identified that a critical fuse was bypassed to get the heater in the dryer to run BUT, that's a fire hazard. A company that claimed I had a fire hazard from my plug that was incorrect diagnosis ended up bypassing a built-in safety feature themselves WOW. Hard to Fathom. Bottom line ....YIU CANNOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I rate them a 1 Star only because there is nothing less; but zero is best score for them read more

Rude incompetent and unreliable. If I could give -5 stars I would. I also got them through total Protection, and will discontinue using them if they continue to use these guys. read more

My dishwasher was not working and senior tech from A+ Appliance came for a service call. I told him my issue - the dishwasher was not finishing its cycle, it stops the wash cycle in the middle, waits, and then goes to the drying cycle. The tech told me that he knew what the problem was and that my dishwasher needed a new circuit board. I said, "are you sure? are you going to run it and test it out or anything?" He said, "Ma'am, I have been going this for 15 years, I know what the issue is". He came back a week later and changed out the circuit board. I still had the same issue so I scheduled them to come back. No one showed up during their time window. They called and said they were researching the issue and they would get back to me. Two days later, no one had called back. I scheduled another company to come out and look at it. They ran a test mode and saw the error codes. They also started it up and knew what was wrong by the sound the dishwasher was making. The A+ Appliance tech (who had 15 years of experience) did not check for error codes or bother to run it. The new company diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, had the part with them, and changed it out. When using the reputable company, it was fixed within 15 minutes. When using a senior tech from A+ Appliance, it took two days of staying home waiting for them and still had a broken dish washer. What a waste of time read more

Terrible business. Sent by my American Home Shield to fix my Refrigerator. Does not communicate well. Does not complete repairs and leaves you hanging. I do not recommend them. After 18 months it is still not fixed, they never answer the phone or return message. Why does AHS use such a shameless contractor, I recommend that you never use this company. read more

Sent by my American Home Shield to fix my Oven. They initially diagnosed it to be an electrical issue which involved another contractor, after another service fee it actually turned about to be a control board and nothing to do with the electrical power. Worst appliance repair company in America. Don't waste your hard earned money with them.

Our home warranty company used the ironically named A+ appliance repair and we had terrible service. The technician parked in our driveway and left his car running then took one look at our refrigerator and told us we needed more frion (impossible). We paid the deposit required by the home warranty and he came back a week later (after having to call them multiple times) to add frion and the issue was not resolved. When we asked that they come figure out the issue again the technician missed the time window for his appointment then called us to ask what was happening with the fridge. We called multiple times again until finally the technician told our home warranty company we were going to have to buy a new fridge. Eventually the issue was diagnosed by a proper technician. A+ Appliance repair has incompetent technicians and terrible customer service. I am not sure how this company stays in business. They seem to be conning home warranty companies as far as I can tell. If you are using them because you have a home warranty you need to demand a new company. Your appliance will not be fixed properly by them. read more

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Stay away from hiring this company to do your appliance repairs. I was assigned A+Appliance through American home shield warranty company on March 30, 2021 to repair a washer, to this date on April 16, 2021 the washer repair has not been completed. I have been calling the A+Appliance everyday this whole week without once getting a live person answering the phone. After leaving many messages, no one has called me back. This is extremely frustrating. read more

Even if your home warranty uses this company, it would be worth it to pay a little extra for a reputable and dependable company. American Home Shield sent this company. First visit Ok - fixed washer. However, after 3 wash loads it started doing the same thing again. Set up appointment and no one showed or called. No answer at the company phone. Had to call AHS again and they e-mailed them. They sent a text to reschedule appointment. Again, they did not show. I live in Indiana and had to have my daughter at the house the first time so they had her number for a heads up. This time I had someone at the house and they still called my daughter. When they could not get ahold of her they did not show up. I will try one more time only because I have already paid AHS $75 for this deplorable service! read more

I wish I checked their rating before working with them! They were sent by the awful crappy American Home Shield warranty to my house to fix my washer. The technician came to my house and told me that he has to order an electronic part and it takes 5 to 7 business days. Two weeks later he came back and not only he ordered the wrong part but also he broke the console of my washer. At first he denied he broke it and claimed it was broken, then I found the broken piece in his tools box! He left without fixing my washer and it's been almost a month since I placed a service and I found out that detect nation did not even ordered the right part for my washer. Another awful thing about their customer Service, is that it they never pick up the phone, even when you leave a message, they never called you back. I do not recommend this company to anyone! They are as bad as they can be and I'm filing a lawsuit against them for braking my washer. If there is anyone else who has a complaint against these two companies, please join me to file a class action lawsuit. 407-463-0607 read more

Do not use A+ Appliance Repair for anything unless you want to throw your money away. I called this company from a referral of a neighbor that used them through their home warranty company. Our refrigerator stopped working & I left a message on Sat 8-24, which I found out they don't work weekends, but did receive a call back 8-26. He came out & said we needed a new motherboard for our fridge. He ordered the part & even came back Wed 8-28 to install it. We paid nearly $500 for the part & labor & was told to allow up to 24 hours to be fully cooled. Well, it never cooled. My husband called again & he came back out 8-29 & said it needed freon & that he would come back w/it to fix at no charge. We have left numerous messages & texts since then & have never heard back. I finally did some research and found out the BBB rated them a D- & Yelp shows nothing but 1 star reviews. They are SCAM Artists! read more
