Chris spent a half hour on the phone selling the value of what they were doing. In the end, they beat the other guys by over $1000 on a $12,000 job, I got a better quality pike, and got the work done the very next day. They didn't leave a mess behind and that was important to me. Chris was on site to make sure it went well. There are a lot of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them. If I need a plumber again (and I'm sure I will) I'm calling Pink Plumbing.

For my outdoor faucets, they also used a "quarter-turn" or ball valve which generally offers better reliability and is more durable than traditional globe valves. Ball valves' simple design, with a rotating ball acting as the valve, reduces the likelihood of leaks and wear compared to globe valves which rely on a washer and friction fit.
