    I have been working out 6-7 days a week including cardio and weight training for years but due to…read moremy frequent travel for my job, personal preferences in food as well as convenience I let myself down due to often poor or at least not ideal food choices and thus could never reach my ideal body composition. It was time for me to reset the clock and do things different. But I knew I needed help and Rachel got recommended to me and I met with her and felt comfortable that she would be the right person to help me on my journey. I worked with her on a 3 month program that was initially geared to make better food choices while on the road and get more knowledgeable on nutrition while she would hold me accountable. Due to Covid19 things changed and other challenges e.g. lack of physical activity came up. Nevertheless, the knowledge and tools as well as the continuous consulting Rachel provided guided me through this phase with weekly weight loss goals and sometimes a pep-talk if needed. Just by changing my macro nutrition content and the caloric intake I was able to shed over 25 lbs. in 3 month with basically no loss of muscle. Working with Rachel was great, she is very knowledgeable and attentive to clients' needs but what distinguishes her from many others coaches out there is that I felt she really cares about you as a human being and understands that even failure can be a success if the right conclusions are drawn from it. She was always patient and encouraging but at the same time was clear on the goal expectation. I can definitely recommend her. Doing this 3 month nutrition coaching was definitely one of the best choices I made.
