    I have been working out 6-7 days a week including cardio and weight training for years but due to…read moremy frequent travel for my job, personal preferences in food as well as convenience I let myself down due to often poor or at least not ideal food choices and thus could never reach my ideal body composition. It was time for me to reset the clock and do things different. But I knew I needed help and Rachel got recommended to me and I met with her and felt comfortable that she would be the right person to help me on my journey. I worked with her on a 3 month program that was initially geared to make better food choices while on the road and get more knowledgeable on nutrition while she would hold me accountable. Due to Covid19 things changed and other challenges e.g. lack of physical activity came up. Nevertheless, the knowledge and tools as well as the continuous consulting Rachel provided guided me through this phase with weekly weight loss goals and sometimes a pep-talk if needed. Just by changing my macro nutrition content and the caloric intake I was able to shed over 25 lbs. in 3 month with basically no loss of muscle. Working with Rachel was great, she is very knowledgeable and attentive to clients' needs but what distinguishes her from many others coaches out there is that I felt she really cares about you as a human being and understands that even failure can be a success if the right conclusions are drawn from it. She was always patient and encouraging but at the same time was clear on the goal expectation. I can definitely recommend her.     I'm genuinely surprised this is tolerated. Allowing anyone…read moreunder 21 here after 8 PM reflects a serious lapse in judgment about what kind of environment this gym claims to be. The result is predictable: noise, theatrics, phones everywhere, tik tok dances, twerking in front of mirrors, zero etiquette, and conversations that sound like they belong in a locker room detention, not a training facility. When teenage boys feel comfortable loudly telling other grown men they "smell like ball cheese," or huddling up in groups of six around one BP playing clash of clans for 45 minutes and don't even have the decency to re-rack the weights or maybe it's the fact they have the audacity to treat the crossfit equipment as if they're at a McDonalds playground. the issue isn't just immaturity, it's the absence of standards. A serious gym doesn't create space for that behavior, let alone normalize it. Fix it. If this is the direction you're comfortable with, then by all means continue down this path but I for one am absolutely FED up with it. Time and time and time again I've given chance after chance after chance but coming from someone that signed the day this gym opened I'll make my decision accordingly.
