Nailtastic is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to in Vancouver. All of their employees consistently provide quality service and ensure that the customer always comes first. You never have to worry if your usual nail technician isn't available because all of them are very well trained and astute to your needs. From greeting you upon entry to offering you a beverage during your visit, customers are guaranteed to receive a warm welcome. Sometimes when I have difficulties selecting a color or design, they are patient with me and even help me find what I am looking for. During a few of my prior appointments, they tested the color, shape, and design to see if I would like it before finishing the manicure or pedicure. In one instance where the gel chipped on one nail, they even fixed it for me free of charge. Not to mention, they always take their time and you never feel rushed despite them being frequently busy, especially on the weekends.
