She worked on it for 2 1/2 hours trying to change the drivers she charged me $80 and she said there's nothing really that I could do. She told me that I could trade in my computer and get more money. So I'm going to bring her back just to upload all the information from my laptop to a thumb drive [because I don't trust myself to do it] and I'm willing to pay her to do it, because I feel she is very competent.
