Just simply DON'T GO THERE. One star is too much for this place! They help up a wedding gown for over two months and told my mom it's not ready for pick up because they were waiting for the arrival of a big box which was part of the deal... Guess what? We finally picked up the dress today, as we no longer want to wait for that mysterious box, and the dress is dirty!!!! It's either that they never cleaned it, or even worse, they rent it to someone else, because the dirty spots were not as a remembered. read more

He promises and delivers on work - the quality and timeliness of the service, surprisingly regardless of quantity is amazing. E.g. I asked him to clean and repair pants and 3 coats and he was able to promise them to be ready within 2-3 days when I expected to wait a week. His alterations have always been solid and given new life to my garments which has saved me money on new clothes over the years. Anwar has been taking care of us and our clothes for 20 years. In that time he has never let us down. Most recently I forgot to pick up my order before leaving on a business trip. It was after closing, he was closed the next day. I had resigned myself to buying shirts and was in bed. Anwar is awesome! Friendly and honest as they come. Great guy who takes fantastic care of your garments. He also has updated machinery. There is one in my neighbourhood that has been around for ages-thought I'd give them a try when I moved in 9yrs ago...all cute like with their vintage machines and people working on the clothing in the window...I was like cool, these guys have to know their shiznit..right? WRONG. Ruined some of my best dress shirts beyond repair. F Having a great dry-cleaner is key. I've had a few crappy ones...so when I find a good one and I stick to him...So I drive a little out of my way (I'm at Queen & Broadview) and make my way to Woodbine and Danforth..but its worth it. Not impressed! Left pants to be cleaned and pocket fixed. Was advised will be ready in 3 days. Came back at end of day - pants not fixed. said come back next day. Didnt get a chance to get back for 2.5 weeks and when I went today they still were not repaired. Hardly an apology. Said they were busy. This is twice they didnt do the job. I would not recommend them or go back here again. They dont seem that reliable. read more

My dad died, he had a coat in good condition, smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. It also had his hair and whiskers all over it. I paid $10 for a taxi to pick coat up and $40 for dry cleaning. I grab it and went to work. At work people said they smelled cigarettes and musty I checked the coat and it was never cleaned. My dads hair and whiskers sill on it, the musty smell and cigarette smell still there. It appeared a lint brush was used and nothing more. I called the owner who refused to give me my $ back, said he would clean it again. I asked why it was not cleaned in the first place? This company is taking peoples hard earned money during covid and they don't care. The coat was not ready on time, it took 5 days to get back dirty. I have contacted the better business bureau and put it out on face book of my experiences. I give them zero stars!! but since I have to pick a star or my review will not be submitted I put 1 star, but know it's ZERO STARS!!!! read more

Horrible, appalling work. I gave two suits to dry clean and they said it will be $20 per suit because they only do environmental dry cleaning. I said fine. When I got the clothes back, they stank of what smelled like toxic chemicals. At work, the odor was noticeable to others and also gave me a headache. I took the clothes back to the shop. They came back with the same horrible smell. I have tried everything (spraying them with air freshener, perfume, hanging them outside in the fresh air) but the smell just won't go away. I will have to take them to another dry cleaner. I went back to AP Cleaners shop asking if they could give me at least some of my money back given that I will just have to dry clean again and they were rude and said no. read more

HORRID HORRID HORRID I BROUGHT A COAT.. cotton velvet cream colour with embroidery on it to be cleaned. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY NEVER TOUCHED IT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I complained and he after an argument where he refused to refund my money, he said he would do it over and sarcastically told me to be there to witness him doing it. I asked if he sprayed it and he said he did. When I got it back the second time it smelled worse than the first time... like old laundry and NOT ONE BIT OF DIRT WAS REMOVED. DO NOT ,.... REPEAT... DO NOT GO THERE.. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON HERE... NO WONDER-- I WASTED 28.00... He should be ashamed... of his shoddy work... Was a neighbourhood customer for over ten years. Unfortunately, they lost our king size, goose down duvet ($500) this year, and proposed giving us another duvet they had on hand and some free dry cleaning as a resolution. The owner refused to contribute to a replacement of the same duvet ("business is bad and I can't afford to give cash"). We would not recommend bringing any items of value to this dry cleaner unless you're prepared to use legal means to recover a loss. read more

Had such an awful experience here. I brought some items in to be repaired, a few simple sewing jobs. Each item had a couple places that needed patching and I explained this when I dropped them off and asked that all the rips be repaired. When I came to pick them up on the pick up date they had closed for an hour, I was on my way to work so I couldn't stick around to wait for them to come back. I came back a few days later and they informed me that there had been an error and my stuff was not ready as it had been forgotten. I needed the items for an event the next day and was forced to buy new items since I couldn't use these. When I went back a week later to pick up my items that I no longer needed they were ready but there was a repair missed on the jacket. They repaired in on the spot but when I got home I noticed that on two of my items more spots for repair had been missed. I had to bring to items back and have them redone. They were not very polite and gave me a hard time about bringing them back, stating that I only showed them the one spot for repair when I remember very clearly showing them multiple places that needed fixing. I am now looking at my stuff that I have picked up again and am noticing that there is still an unprepared spot on my jacket. I cannot be asked to go back again and have to deal with this business again. Highly unreliable and frustrating. There are so many other dryer cleaners and repair places in the city that I have had much better service at. I recommend avoiding this one! read more
