I am very impressed with her extensive level of experience working with all types of fabric (silk, jersey wool, wool, linen and cotton) and clothing for men and women. She and her husband are very professional, friendly and kind. Turnaround time is reasonable and price is more than fair. This is a hidden gem and I am so lucky to have found them. Not only does the owner do dry cleaning at a reasonable rate. He did some pants alterations for me. Turning a pair of long pants into a pair of shorts I needed for work, a perfect fit. He also repaired a blanket that needed extensive stitching, a perfect job. He offered to have the repair and alteration done the same day, but I said it was OK and picked it up the next day. I tried this place after getting tired of paying what felt like excessively priced dry cleaning fees from the place upstairs in Bloor Islington Place. A few cleanings and hems later and I have been happy with the results. Shirts are $5 to clean. I forget exactly how much for a full suit but I know its over $5 cheaper than upstairs, so lets call it $15 at most. $6 hems, which if you drop off in the morning will be ready that afternoon for pickup. The only way you can get into this area is if you're coming off the MiWay buses or pay the TTC fare, so that may be a discouraging reason for some to use these guys... But as a metropass carrying individual, it's actually pretty convenient to grab my stuff before jumping on the subway to head home for the day.

SUPER unhappy with the service I received. Went in for stain removal on a garment, and disclosed…read morewhat the stain was up front and asked if this was something they could realistically remove. I was told of course and that they would have it done right away! WEEKS later I finally was able to pick up my garment. I went in and asked if the stain was removed to the lady working the front desk and I was reassured that it was (Stupid me should have checked for myself instead of trusting them). I paid and walked to the car before inspecting it, and realized the garment still had the stain and looked even worse than before. I went back in and asked why I was told that the stain was removed when it wasn't and received a blank stare back from the employee. I asked if they would be willing to remove the stain (which is what I paid for) or give me a refund. The girl was SUPER rude and said that they would remove the stain for me. I again asked and said is this a stain you can realistically get out? If not, I would be happy with a refund and no harm done. I was only angry I paid for a service that I didn't receive at the time. She reassured me that the stain would be out and to trust them, so I did. Big mistake. Same thing happened again when I went back to pick it up. The stain was not removed and the man working the front desk was incredibly RUDE. He said it wasn't his problem the stain wouldn't come out, and that I had already paid for the service so there was nothing he could do. I asked about a refund (again I understand if the stain is unremovable but I don't want to pay such a high price for a service I never received) and he said that they don't offer refunds. ALL of the staff were rude and unhelpful and they obviously do not care about their customers at all. Would never return or recommend to anyone. Go anywhere else.

I spent about 10 minutes in the cramped building looking for a sign for the wifi until eventually I called their number. The woman who picked up was rude in that lazy, I don't give a shit attitude as she asked me which coin laundry I was in. After telling her she said that it first didn't work and then that it was taken away because people were abusing it. The inconsistency of her story convinced me that it was never available at this location. When I highlighted that they were advertising as having wifi online she acted disinterested and informed me that it was no problem. I guess I wouldn't have had as much of a problem with this if I a) hadn't been lied to and b) was treated like shot when I asked about it. Addition; A minute after writing this review in the laundromat a tile fell off the wall next to me.
