They do send the cleaning out so if you prefer having it done on sight that's definitely something you should know as well. It's priced fairly and cash only. Never had an issue with being charged extra for spot cleaning or a particularly difficult stain. I popped into Gibson Cleaners and was greeted right away. I told them what I wanted done and the girl at the counter was very friendly and made notes for everything. She took my phone number and asked if I would like a text when my jacket was finished. I think that's a great option. She also asked when I would like it by and next day was an option so I chose that as well. Next day I received a text saying my jacket was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was able to pick it up quickly and easily and the cost for the Dry Cleaning and the repairs was less than $40. Pretty amazing. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars was that my jacket still had a lot of cat hair on it.
