I also showed her some pictures I'd brought so there was no misunderstanding of what I wanted. She said understood and started cutting my hair. Sadly, there's no way to detect if the stylist is doing what you asked until she's done, and by then it's too late! When she finished my haircut I could tell she'd botched it! St, I paid & left. I just wanted to get out of there! I went home to see if there was anything I could do until it grew out. But when I looked in the mirror I was devastated! Not only had she ignored my description & the pictures I showed her, but my hair looked like a child had cut it. It was awful! It was uneven and stuck out in places. I couldn't believe it! The entire ordeal cost me $112 plus her $10 tip!! I've scheduled an appointment in Greenville, 2 days from today and am hoping another stylist will work some magic and find a way to fix my hair. If not, I'll have to wear a hat for awhile!

Fara, the owner, also colored my hair once for Marisol and she was awesome too as well as Kelly who once gave me a spiral perm. I have long, frizzy, hard to color brown but graying hair. From previous hairstylist, before going to Marisol/Salon LaRouge, I would get a slightly brassy result because I like the ash blonde color. I have been going to this salon for several years. Always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
