Sherry Burgess and the owner are CROOKS!! I went to a reputable salon and they laughed at the work sherry burgess did. I will be making sure to spread the word on every platform I can think of to help people not waste money, time, energy, and heartache. I tried to tell them what I was unhappy with and all they could focus on was the small details. Terrible terrible terrible terrible. I will also contact the BBB. All I wanted was for her to use a TONER. She said for another $35 she could try and fix it. Then cancels last minute and couldn't work me in until 3 days. And the manager Sherry was rude, snide and very condescending. Oh! And I was CHARGED FOE A HAIRCUT after Sherry burgess said she wouldn't cut my bangs tried trimming my bangs, and cut my dead ends without me even asking. This is a laughable place of business.

I also showed her some pictures I'd brought so there was no misunderstanding of what I wanted. She said understood and started cutting my hair. Sadly, there's no way to detect if the stylist is doing what you asked until she's done, and by then it's too late! When she finished my haircut I could tell she'd botched it! St, I paid & left. I just wanted to get out of there! I went home to see if there was anything I could do until it grew out. But when I looked in the mirror I was devastated! Not only had she ignored my description & the pictures I showed her, but my hair looked like a child had cut it. It was awful! It was uneven and stuck out in places. I couldn't believe it! The entire ordeal cost me $112 plus her $10 tip!! I've scheduled an appointment in Greenville, 2 days from today and am hoping another stylist will work some magic and find a way to fix my hair. If not, I'll have to wear a hat for awhile!

I am writing another review because it has now been two weeks since I have had my hair cut at this salon and I still cannot do anything with the back of my hair. My gut was saying to walk out then, but noooo I proceeded to have a seat in the chair and she excused herself to the back for a minute... I then sent my husband a quick text that if I came up missing it was from hairmasters in seneca. $40 later and a terrible lesson learned I walked out of there with a "Rachel" cut.
