My hair looked good after getting a balayage, but it did not look like the reference picture. The stylist (one of the junior ones but I can't recall her name) bleached way too much of my hair and it ended up looking more like light brown hair with a dark brown shadow root rather than dark brown hair with light brown balayage. She was very nice though and my hair didn't look bad. Very luxurious atmosphere tho I can't speak for their non hair services. read more

Morgan cut my hair today, and she was so fabulous! She made me feel excited and lovely the whole time. She noticed I was nervous and worked little by little to make sure She got my hair exactly the length I wanted. She even took the extra time to style my hair more than just the normal blow out. I wanted to like this place. I really did. In the middle of Covid insanity, I had to change my wedding plans last-minute and ended up getting married in the area. I scheduled nails and hair for myself and my bridesmaids & thankfully did an appointment ahead of time to try things out. I won't bash the business by detailing everything I experienced, but suffice it to say, this was the most expensive cut/color I've had (& that includes Aveda salons) and one of the most disappointing. The nail in the coffin was when they didn't even make an offer to keep my wedding day business, so I took all those appointments elsewhere and was much happier. read more

I love this salon! Mackenzie is my hair girl and she did the keratin treatment in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Her knowledge of hair is amazing. I only described to her once that what I wanted was a keratin treatment and she took the time to explain the process. It has lasted 6 months so far. However, I have had my hair colored here but it doesn't even last two weeks. I gave it another try but again, it didn't last. At they prices they charge, you would think that hair coloring lasts longer. The six weeks they claim. I went back to coloring my own hair. read more

Substandard haircuts for a premium price! I had a gift certificate so I gave it 2 chances to give me a decent cut and they should be ashamed !!! The first time there were some wierd long pieces I had to trim out but after that it was an ok cut. The next one, she hardly cut anything on top and I had to cut it when I got home. Had a manicure done here- didn't last 2 days before the gel polish was chipping off. Mine have always lasted a good 3 weeks before at a different salon. However I returned to the salon 2days later and was given a full refund. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and apologetic. The owner of the salon called me personally to apologize and offered a nice gift certificate. When a new, experienced manicurist is hired I will definitely give them another chance. read more

I went in for a shellac manicure and normal pedicure. While my lady working on me was very sweet, I was highly disappointed with my manicure. It was not really a manicure (despite the fact I paid for one)- there was no cuticle trimming, lotion or scrub, etc. My gel nails started to come off two days after the appointment and have all now come off three days after the appointment. Pedicure was decent and that polish job was good. UPDATE: Manager called and spoke with me which I greatly appreciated. He understood my disappointment with my gel coming off quickly and has looked into it, and also offered to make it up to me. I truly admire the call and for following up with me. Had a fabulous 90 minute massage. Although I did not arrive early enough to enjoy the relaxing massage area and its amenities (wine, soft beverages, etc.) I certainly will next time! In a small stripmall, the massage side consists of one "shop) and with a waiting area connecting the two, the salon is in an adjacent shop. So this means, your spa area is nice and quiet and you are not hearing the blowdryers, etc. Plenty of areas to lounge, or sit (dark or bright). Great Staff. Huge shout out to Tabitha - girl is small in stature, but she has the hands of a giant. Her deep tissue was thorough in nature, and she has a great understanding of the muscles and where my stress was built up. Upon check-out, they give you a small book of coupons to use in the future - and these are good coupons (add 15 minutes extra to your massage; 20% off couples massage - even if they are in separate rooms).
