My hair grew back in very tight curls and I didn't know how to manage it, since I've always had wavy hair. Bethany trimmed it and gave great suggestions for styling. She is very knowledgable and talented in her craft! Plus, she's a caring, compassionate lady. Added bonus, COVID protocols are observed in this salon.

I was so nervous about coming to a new salon, but seeing as how I previously knew Megan I knew she would do really great work. The first time I came to her I told her I wanted to be blonde. Really blonde. I told her I wasn't afraid to take a few risks with my color and wanted her to feel comfortable doing whatever she thought would look good. Boy did she deliver! She wasn't afraid to really go for it on the blonde and take exactly what I wanted and run with it. I am so pleased with all my times I have been here and was even really in love with my updo for my wedding day. She has always listened to what j would like to do and going is always a good time! Also the lobby renovation is a great new addition to the place!

I was set up with Natalie and we started discussing details of what I was looking for. When I asked her for her experience she gave me a vague answer and didn't tell me she only had 6 months of experience until I specifically asked her. I then asked her to send me photos of other blonde dye jobs she had done in the past to confirm she could do hair similar to what I was looking for. After asking this she immediately shut me down and said that it seems like I'm not sure of her skills and that no other stylist could take me either. To me this came off as though she had never done hair similar to what I was looking for and that's why she couldn't provide me with pictures. The questions I asked were standard for any client looking for a new stylist and I wish she had responded appropriately and was just honest with me. I am always willing to give a new stylist a chance as long as they communicate their capabilities clearly with me.
