I had a horrible dye and cut by an upscale Salon and Stephanie answered my prayers by taking me in the very next day! Y'all, this woman is working miracles. Well, Tina was not there and I needed to quickly cut and curl my brand new platinum blonde WIG, which was already installed. There was no wash, conditioner, treatment, or none of my usual services, just a cut with some curls. I was charged $45 for a 10-20 minute service. When I was told the price, I didn't balk! I just paid and left. I was literally in shock!! $45 for this service is shameful!!! Period. The worse part is that the curls ran out before the day did, and now that I straightened my hair back out, I see that the cut is uneven, longer on one side than the other and choppy. I wanted a bob, accepted a bob with layers... but this looks crazy and I'm out $45, and will have to get it cut again, making the wig shorter than I ever wanted it, forever. I tried to contact Tina yesterday at noon to see what she charges and to discuss my complaint, but she hasn't replied yet and it's 8pm the next day. I guess I am supposed to just keep walking around with my wig messed up?!. Maybe she's busy or doesn't want it to get messy, but it's rude not to talk to YOUR client about a concern. I know one thing... they sure are sticking together on this foul stuff. Never again Katrice! Addition: Tina said "life happened," which it does. But Katrice started attacking me, saying I'm "trying to act high class but don't want to pay for anything." How about charge a fair price, and deliver a good service!
