I am writing another review because it has now been two weeks since I have had my hair cut at this salon and I still cannot do anything with the back of my hair. It literally looks like a six year old cut it with kid scissors. My hair is cut so crooked in the back and you can see it, I am so embarrassed to walk around this way. I just had a birthday and I did not want anyone to see my hair like this so I stayed home on my birthday. I just want all you beautiful ladies out there to please be choosey on who cuts your hair and make sure they have a good reputation. Just because they have a cosmetology license does not mean they can cut hair. Be beautiful on the inside and the outside, go somewhere else!

Ummm So i told her that the guy said she was gone to the bank. She gave no response... My gut was saying to walk out then, but noooo I proceeded to have a seat in the chair and she excused herself to the back for a minute... I then sent my husband a quick text that if I came up missing it was from hairmasters in seneca. $40 later and a terrible lesson learned I walked out of there with a "Rachel" cut. (Yes, they really do exist google it). Now, who can fix this disaster of a place and my 90's haircut???

I also showed her some pictures I'd brought so there was no misunderstanding of what I wanted. She said understood and started cutting my hair. Sadly, there's no way to detect if the stylist is doing what you asked until she's done, and by then it's too late! When she finished my haircut I could tell she'd botched it! St, I paid & left. I just wanted to get out of there! I went home to see if there was anything I could do until it grew out. But when I looked in the mirror I was devastated! Not only had she ignored my description & the pictures I showed her, but my hair looked like a child had cut it. It was awful! It was uneven and stuck out in places. I couldn't believe it! The entire ordeal cost me $112 plus her $10 tip!! I've scheduled an appointment in Greenville, 2 days from today and am hoping another stylist will work some magic and find a way to fix my hair. If not, I'll have to wear a hat for awhile!
