I have personally helped over 400 couples downsize, reschedule, postpone or cancel their plans - it is just about all I have done this year . If you really have a "lawyer", call them - they will tell you that - even if you sue us and win - you can't collect money from a person or entity that doesn't have it, and we will demonstrate overwhelmingly to a court that we do not have it. I told you that we are repaying anyone who made deposits or payments, but it might be awhile. That's not good enough for you, and you alone - fine. But if your online rants interfere with our ability to book new clients and generate income, it will only take longer, right? Not sure you thought that Karen moment through... As far as being understanding, I feel we were very understanding as we have patiently waited nearly 6 months for our refund due since cancelling our event with you and your company. You're essentially saying in your previous email to me that I need to just deal with the fact that I'm out the money we paid you because your company is out way more money than I am and oh well I will get it when I get it. That's not acceptable and again very unprofessional. You have shown no understanding towards me and my husband or our family as your customers. You only speak of yourself, your business struggles, and haven't even considered what this pandemic has caused on my family struggle wise and although $750 doesn't seem like much money to you as it's not $xxx,xxx it IS a lot of money to be out for my family and I during this difficult time in the world. I feel we were very understanding and checking in monthly to get updates on our refund is not showing a lack of understanding, we were also very patient. Can you explain to me why every vendor we booked with for our wedding kindly, graciously, and promptly without argument gave us a full refund when we had to cancel our wedding, EVERY VENDOR except for you and your company. You have been rude, unprofessional, and very selfish, even spoken to me in a disrespectful manner referring to me as a "Karen". You've only spoken of your own issues and haven't even been as considerate to think of the struggles and hardships your clients such as myself are going through. Clients like myself that do not have the luxury of owning our own business and being our own bosses. Also implying in a threatening manner that I wont receive my refund until even longer if my honest reviews affect your business and income. That is absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I am in disbelief that a business and company would speak to their clients this way no matter the situation. My wife found A Music Plus through her co-worker who had used them for a few events. I was skeptical, being somewhat of a musician myself I don't particularly the style of music most DJs tend to play. When we first spoke with Sarah in the office she explained how the DJ is there to cater to our tastes and not their own. I am a big fan of oldies and classic rock so I was still a bit skeptical, these are not the typical songs I hear at weddings. My wife's family, especially the younger kids are big on Hip-Hop and can be kind of demanding, we wanted them to hear what they like without dominating the dancefloor. Sarah sent us a link to a planner to include what songs we wanted and didn't want for our wedding and trust me I about wore out my keyboard lol. On the day of our wedding, our DJ arrived well before the ceremony and as soon as he had his gear set he was in action coordinating with our planner (my wife's sister), caterer, and photographer. Ceremony and Dinner were very mellow and formal as my wife wanted and perfect, her mother and father said she finally got her storybook wedding. The dance party, however, was anything but mellow, it was awesome!! The DJ didn't have time for every song I sent but played all the best, he graciously took my new brother in laws Hip-Hop requests and only played the ones that he could see were going to get the crowd pumped! At the end of the night none of us were ready to stop, heck my wife didn't even know where her shoes were, so we kept going... We asked our DJ if we could go for another hour, he checked with our venue and after they said yes we paid him for another hour and weren't disappointed. A Music Plus Entertainment did an incredible job with our wedding! They were helpful and understanding when we had to postpone due to COVID. A wedding questionnaire was sent to us about a month before our wedding that asked about many of the specifics on our wedding day regarding what we were wanting from our DJ. It helped us think through a lot of the smaller details we hadn't really thought about and it provided us with the opportunity to ensure our DJ ran the day exactly as we wanted. Two weeks before our wedding their event coordinator scheduled a call during the week of our wedding so we could discuss the questionnaire and make sure she had everything down exactly as we wanted it for the wedding. The call was very thorough and gave us another opportunity to go through everything we wanted. Almost two months before the wedding we realized we needed a DJ for our ceremony, and they were quick to assist us with ensuring the DJ was available and even provided additional equipment for a outside mountain wedding. David was our DJ on our wedding day, and he did an incredible job! He played all the songs we requested in our questionnaire and managed to play a lot of songs guests requested that day. The dance floor was almost always packed full of people dancing and he was very easy going with changes in plans and making announcements whenever needed. We absolutely loved having David from A Music Plus Entertainment at our wedding and would recommend A Music Plus to everyone who wants a fun party for their wedding! read more

We used A Music Plus for our ceremony and reception yesterday and felt compelled to immediately share our great experience with them! We booked them based off of their stellar reviews, but as the day grew closer were worried as we had never met the actual person who would be at our wedding (a common theme in some reviews). They were very accomodating and set up a time for us to meet Brian, our DJ. We reviewed all the details and I could tell they were eager to give us the experience we wanted. They also worked with us to provide more mics than usual to mic our string quartet, and did so beautifully. We also were able to send a custom MP3 for the bride/father dance ahead of time that worked perfectly. Brian was a consummate professional. He ran sound for our ceremony and DJ'ed our reception. We had a pretty specific timeline that he stuck with and was also flexible when we needed him to be. He got every cue correct Our goal was a dance party and a DJ that could keep everyone on the floor, and that is exactly what we got!! Brian was so personable and checked in frequently to make sure we were all on the same page. We had multiple people rave about the dancing and DJ this morning!! I know there is some discomfort booking an agency instead of a person, but these guys do it right. I can't recommend them, and especially Brian, enough. Great experience. read more

I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!! Both Pat and Tracy have completely let us down two months before our wedding. Their customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE compared to other vendors we worked with. They created so many headaches for us. Two months before our wedding they said our contract was cancelled (when it never was), then they tried saying we signed a contract that included both DJ services and live music services and that we needed to pay them more money (which wasn't true). They couldn't keep track of the wedding details at all. It was a bit obvious they were spread too thin and they handled things terribly. They were EXTREMELY RUDE, unpleasant and confrontational (especially Pat), despite the fact that the issues were coming from their own company's lack of communication and organization. We could no longer trust them with the responsibly of the music during the ceremony or trust that they would even show up. In my opinion, they basically took my parents deposit (we feel cheated since they didn't provide any services and instead created more work with all the back-forth and added more stress considering we needed to find a replacement two months before the wedding). They wasted our time and added SO much stress to the planning, provided HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I definitely feel cheated by this company. read more

We LOVED working with A Music Plus Entertainment for our wedding on 8/17/19! Pat the owner was very quick at responding to all of my questions via email. The DJ form that you fill out before the wedding is so helpful and asks great detailed questions that make sure that you know that they are really trying to get to know you to ensure that they proved exactly what you want! Couldn't be happier with our DJ service! We also had a violinist play during our ceremony and it added such a great touch to the ceremony. She did an amazing job and all of the songs sounded beautiful on the violin! We also had the pleasure of working with 2 Day-Of Coordinators provided by A Music Plus! They were SO helpful and worked so hard through out the entire wedding. I didn't get to speak with them much but every time I saw them they were working on helping cleaning up and making sure that everything was running on time. All of our family members said that they were a pleasure to work with and said that they were impressed with how hard they worked and how well the listened to direction! We really appreciate all of the work they did and how much weight they took off of ours and our families shoulders! A Music Plus is a great company to work with! Such a disappointment....we had used them in years past and were delighted, buht for a 75th birthday paRTY, although the DJ was personable and nice, we had two pauses of more than 10 minutes, supposedly due to inadequate wifi at the venue. We were ready to start karaoke and all of sudden he lost the WIFI connection. This caused about a 10 minute delay which affected the start, anticipation, and singers we had urged to the front of the room. OK - we eventually got underway and had fun. However the real disappointment came when we were ready for a seamless quick change to dance music. He again lost WIFI for about 10 minutes and during this time about half of the guests left. It really killed the last hour of the party. We are an older crowd and we would not have danced the night away but by the time we had music most of the guests had thought we were done and said their good byes. We were so disappointed. I can't emphasize enough - timing was important. I believe many of the guests would have stayed for a few dances - not much - but ending on an up beat send off. These are the guys you want to hire - both for DJ and live music!! Tracy (live music) and Zach (DJ) went above and beyond to make my special day a dream come true. First of all, I had a destination wedding and they traveled to Estes Park for it. Secondly, the owner, Pat, took all my calls, was quick to respond and even met with me in person and my husband when we came to visit. Thirdly, their music website made it incredibly easy to pick the music for each portion of the wedding and there was not a detailed missed! Zach, exceeded my expectations and was spot on with everything - even the pronunciation of names. Our reception was an absolute hit and the music had people dancing all night long. Tracy and her strings quartet made my ceremony that much more a fairytale. They played all the music I requested and had no extra charge to learn music. Their timing was perfect - not a second early or late. She was easy to get a hold and even played a custom part of a song for the recessional. They made it so easy for us to select the music for our day. My husband and I are not big music people, so we felt pretty overwhelmed with the idea of picking all of those songs. A Music Plus not only had an online wedding "planner" for us to use, but they constantly send helpful tips and guides for us to reference. I met with Erin over the phone a couple of weeks before the wedding, and she was amazing! We walked through my whole timeline, she made helpful suggestions and wrote down notes to help the dj. I also had some last minute changes due to the weather, so I contacted Erin to make sure they could accommodate. She said yes with our any hesitation and assured me that everything would be perfect, and it was! Our DJ, Antonio was exactly who I envisioned for our wedding. He was fun, high energy, and so helpful. He kept the day running smoothly, and when it was time to start the actual party, he had the dance floor filled the entire night! Hey there future wedding planners! We just had to hop on here and give a massive shoutout to our incredible DJ from A Music Plus! Seriously, if you're looking to keep the dance floor packed and the vibes high all night long, look no further. From the get-go, they totally got our vision for the music vibe we wanted. Fabio (our DJ) understood our intent with a mix of EDM, Kpop, and today's hits, along with some crowd favorites. Plus, he was super accommodating with our special requests, even when we threw in some last-minute changes (sorry about that!). The energy that Fabio cultivated was infectious, and he knew just how to read the room to keep the flow of the day going strong. I'm new to Yelp so this review is a bit past due however it's well deserved. As best man at my brother's wedding I was responsible for everything running smoothly and on schedule, not to say he's uptight (he's uptight). Even though I wasn't directly involved in the booking process Sarah and Jordan worked with me to get the intricacies of the music and every event right, I knew I was in good hands and therefore could relay that confidence to my brother and his fiancé. We were able to pick all the music and schedule even the most minute detail. There had an extensive form for us to fill out all the details proving this wasn't their first rodeo. What we didn't include in the form they were happy to accommodate via email. The evening of the wedding the DJ, Christopher, worked closely with me to make everything perfect including a few curve balls my brother threw out. The music and the vibe was perfect, everyone was dancing, laughing and having a blast. The entire A Music Plus team has forms and planning tools that make it so easy to plan exactly what music you want played - and even what you don't want played. Everyone was very professional and transparent about services and fees. All pricing is extremely reasonable, especially for the services you receive! Their forms allow you to choose specific songs for specific moments throughout the night, choose artists and songs you want to hear played, and even provide genres/songs/artists that you don't want played. They provide you with complete control of the music atmosphere you want to have. Additionally, we got married at Church Ranch Event Center in Westminster, CO and A Music Plus is a preferred vendor there. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful in answering initial questions and problem solving anything else that came up along the way as we planned. Very responsive and thorough communication via email and phone calls. The online planner laid out every possible detail, and we had plenty of other opportunities to customize our event. We were able to choose as much or little of our music as possible and they had lots of suggestions if you prefer a more hands off approach. Our wedding was small (65ish guests) and nontraditional, and our DJ tailored services to fit the event perfectly. He even rolled with the punches when small details didn't go exactly as planned and we had to make minor changes (poor planning on our part). My brother is a musician and even surprised us with a performance that the DJ had no idea about yet still provided necessary setup for him to connect to his audio system and play his guitar/sing. From the very start, everyone I spoke to with this company was so kind, informative, willing to help in any way they could and were always quick to respond. Everything was absolutely perfect for our wedding, literally everything. They exceeded our expectations and I am probably the most anal person when it comes to planning and perfection there is. We were recommended to A Music Plus by two of our vendors and we are so lucky to have found them. They were so easy to work with and so helpful in planning. Pat was so accommodating through the process and Erin was our coordinator who was super patient with me through all my questions. I was a bit of a nervous bride and my husband was really particular about music, so it was a relief to have an understanding vendor. At our wedding, our DJ was Fabio and he nailed it. Everything went as planned for our ceremony and dinner hour, and then Fabio kept the dance floor packed all night long. He even let my nephew watch him and play some songs! The only disappointment was that our photo booth didn't get used as much as we hoped. The DJ announced the booth once, but could have reminded our guests more often. Kyle was incredibly helpful and willing to work with me so that I got the package I wanted at a great price. Jordan arranged all of the details, including the DJs and photo booth attendant. She really made it so easy! Chris was the photo booth attendant at the party. He was in touch with me well ahead of time to make sure I got all of the options I wanted. The photo booth was a huge hit with our guests. The DJs, Brian and Sarah were the best and were the life of the party. Sarah played all of the requested music and kept people out on the dance floor for four hours. Brian MC'd and led dances and games. He was great with the kids and kept them involved and having fun. A Music Plue Entertainment saved my wedding! Not due to COVID, I hired a DJ (an old high school acquaintance) and three weeks to my wedding the guy canceled on me. I was so stressed and overwhelmed until I found this company. The owner Pat immediately wrote me back gave me a great deal and signed me up! I loved that their site had a well-organized survey to help with coordinating and planning the wedding. There was a problem with one of the questions on the site that kept kicking me off, however, I found my way around the issue. On the day of my wedding, our DJ Corrine was fun and had the best timing with the music. A lot of people dancing and lots of compliments on the music. A Music Plus was fantastic they where professional to work with and where a huge part of making our wedding special. After getting calls from DJs who called at 8am playing hype music in the background talking about their custom mixing we where really worried it'd be hard to find a DJ that would play the music we wanted and for the most part fade into the background of the event. A Music Plus understood exactly what we wanted and executed on it perfectly. Our DJ was super helpful getting everyone's microphones set up for the ceremony and used a song list we provided to play great music appropriate for each phase of our wedding from a subdued cocktail hour to a dance party. Our DJ worked with our coordinator to announce things as needed and was just excellent all around. I cannot say enough good things about our DJ from A Music Plus. Our DJ, Brian, was truly an incredible DJ who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was on the dance floor and having a great time! It was honestly the most consistently full dance floor I have seen at a wedding in a long time, and that was all thanks to Brian for keeping the party alive! We got multiple compliments on the DJ from guests who couldn't stop talking about how fun the dance floor was! My photographer even pulled me aside at one point and told me that this was the best wedding DJ he thinks he had seen at a wedding, and he's done quite a few weddings! We also rented the photobooth from this company at the last minute and they were so accommodating and set everything up so that we didn't have to worry about a thing!
