We hired the smallest package as we are a small company. We had 2 black jack tables, roulette, craps and poker for about $1300. The staff on the night were all very friendly and professional. They were all set up on time & ready to go with the exception of one dealer who was running a little late. Their pack up was quick and quiet, I didn't even realise they'd gone! Alex stepped in, acted extremely rudely, ripped a glass right out of Angel's hand, grabbed the remaining cups lined up for the drinks, and threw them in the trash. He then declared no one could have drinks and shut the bar down an hour and a half early! He showed complete disrespect to the bride, the groom (Colton), the wedding planner (Shelby), the entire wedding party, and his own crew. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and management needs to address his conduct immediately. ​On the complete opposite end of the spectrum, ANGEL was the absolute best bartender ever! She completely saved the night with her fun personality, amazing drink quality, and incredible energy. During that interview, we were told a couple had booked our date and we could not book with The Get Down. We were later informed the couple had selected a different date, and that we were ensured we had no competition for our date anymore. We next had a phone interview to confirm our date appointment. We had a verbally agreed to contract. We were sent an incorrect contract after that meeting, and had asked for the contract to be corrected. Instead, we were informed that the same initial couple had booked our same date after we were ensured we had no competition. Words cannot express our heartbreak. This could not have been handled worse, as their error in the contract handling resulted in our inability to book our dream plans with the singular most important experience in our lives. This company is extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and will not deviate from ruining your dream day. What a horrible way to handle a situation. I cannot believe someone would handle such a monumental moment in someone's life this way.
