My little Valentina loved her first music class today. It was so amazing that I'll buy the monthly package next! I completely recommend it.

Lots of negative reviews that I am happy to say were not reflective of my experience. The facility…read moreis well maintained and safe. There are lots of young employees working, or at least working the day we came. They did a fine job managing the many jumpers. I never witnessed an unsafe event. The kids had an absolute blast on the sections they were tall enough to do. The price for what you get is very reasonable. Of note, there is a concession stand in the back near the restrooms. I saw several pizzas from there and French fries. The one bday party seemed fun. I'd personally be here all the time if my family lived closer

I attended a child's birthday party here as a guest, and the experience was extremely…read moredisappointing--for me, for other parents, and especially for the birthday child's mom. When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. The problems began once it was time for food. Items were brought out in pieces: pizza would arrive with no plates, no napkins, no drinks, and no utensils. The kids were seated, hungry and thirsty, while adults waited an unreasonable amount of time for basic necessities that should have been brought together. It was very difficult to get the attention of the assigned party host. She was frequently chatting with other employees as if it were social hour rather than actively managing a children's birthday party. She moved extremely slowly between the table and the kitchen area, despite the short distance. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt--everyone can have an off day. However, it quickly became clear that nothing was being handled with urgency or organization. The host was walking around with a personal purse on her shoulder, which made it appear as though she had just arrived or was about to leave, not like she was fully engaged in her role. It also visibly got in the way of her working. Because the kids were waiting so long, I offered to help speed things up. I volunteered to carry drink pitchers while she gathered other items. She agreed. Despite that, essentials like napkins, utensils, ketchup, and drinks continued to take far too long to arrive. Eventually, I had to go to the café area myself to collect forks, napkins, and condiments so the children could finally eat. When the host later approached--slowly and casually--with items we had already retrieved, I informed her we had taken care of it. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the delay, she appeared visibly annoyed, turned away, and walked off. Toward the end of the party, communication completely broke down. The host began ignoring me, and there was no notification about cake time, causing everyone to scramble because of the strict time limit. When I asked for her name due to her repeated rudeness and lack of professionalism, she responded dismissively, "Your party is over at three. You need to get out." She then refused to give her name and stated that she had "already told the manager all about me," implying I had done something wrong. This was extremely surprising, as I had only tried to help ensure the children could eat on time. Because of this, I went to speak directly with the manager. The manager informed me that she had not received any report from this employee at all. In fact, she acknowledged that she had noticed the host was disorganized, unfocused, and not doing what she was supposed to be doing. The manager also provided the employee's name, which is Lily. During this conversation, the manager mentioned that Lily is "very sensitive." While that may be true, it was concerning to hear in the context of a children's party. Sensitivity does not excuse poor communication, lack of organization, or unprofessional behavior--especially in a role that requires managing groups of children and interacting with paying families. When employees are not properly trained for these responsibilities, it ultimately reflects on the business as a whole. The facility itself has potential, but the lack of staff training, accountability, and professionalism completely overshadowed the experience. Because of this, I do not recommend hosting a birthday party here. Families deserve better organization, clearer communication, and staff who are prepared to do the job they were hired for.

I really wish I didn't but at the same time glad I did because now I know I'll never come here again. I'm sure they clean at the end of the day or whatever but this place looked so used and filthy. Toys looked like they had been rubbed in dirt, slide had tape on it, the balls in the ball pit were really hard, the edge of the ball pit had stains and black filth with rips and tares. This place isn't even close to being child proofed. I'm laughing while thinking about it because I seriously couldn't believe it. They promote this place for very young children yet it's nowhere near tailored for them. There was an incident with another grown child and my 14 month old but that's not the owners fault. But it's one if the reasons I left.... the MAIN reason I left and removed my child from this place was because they were allowing 12 year olds run around this tiny place and they were running over the babies and small children. My son was a foot away from being absolutely smashed from a huge 12 year old bigger than me. They watched this pre teen cannonball into the ball pit with two babies in it, one of them being my 14 month old BABY. I scooped him up and gathered my thing and before I left I asked the girl behind the from desk if they had an age limit for the children who are allowed to play and she told me 8 years old...... but are allowing almost teenagers run wild in a place meant for small children? She didn't seem to care at all. You can tell it's run by a family because they were all at the front desk together and none of them were doing anything. No cleaning, no picking up . Just sitting on their phones and collecting money . This place is a scam in my opinion. Parents of small children beware.
