My husband and I…read morewere on the fence about hiring a housecleaning service because we thought, "We know how to clean our own house." Lol We didn't sign up for continuing service, but we did opt for a one-time deep clean. We just moved into a new house and while we want to paint and complete a few projects, we really needed to deep clean the place first. With two little kids, I felt like I was treading water and our plans to start on some projects kept getting pushed out further. We had a crew of two wonderful ladies come to the house for four hours and WOW, did they clean! I personally feel So much more comfortable now living in this house and we are ready to blow through these projects!

Appointments were…read morefrequently rescheduled, and it often felt like I was being fit into last-minute canceled appointments rather than receiving reliable scheduling. Communication was poor throughout the process. Another challenge was that several of the workers did not speak English, which made it very stressful to communicate exactly what I wanted and did not want. On two separate occasions, the quality of the cleaning was below expectations. What was most disappointing was how my concerns were handled. When I raised a concern about the service, Blanca raised her voice and repeatedly yelled at me to "listen to her" instead of calmly addressing the issue. I felt disrespected and that my feedback was not valued. It seemed like I was expected to simply accept things as they were rather than voice any concerns. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, inconsistent service, and the way my concerns were handled have led me to decide it's time to try another cleaning company.
