So, we asked for a deep cleaning service from Solution Cleaning Services. I clearly communicated with Mari what I expected out of their service. Positives: Firstly, the leader, Mari was was very pleasant to talk to. She listened very carefully on what I wished out of the service. Secondly, they cleaned some of my furnitures even without the request. Mehh Moments: Firstly, there were few corners where they forgot to get rid of spider webs or dust webs. Secondly, I mentioned about how I wanted our food storage to be cleaned in our previous free consultation, yet they forgot to clean it on the cleaning day. Overall, they did all of their best to clean the entire house to make us happy with the service. But, I don't think my ideal "deep cleaning" really matched theirs. I would ask for their light cleaning service, not the deep cleaning.
